Everyone needs a good weight loss program. Not everyone should stop being overweight. However, everyone needs a health reduction program as I have described. A good weight loss program is not just a program to help you lose weight. I describe it as our response to the greatest gift God has given us, our body, the temple of His Holy Spirit. It does not matter if you are overweight, obese or thin people die quickly because they do not eat well, exercise regularly, and do not provide their body with vitamins, minerals, and proper nutrition. This regardless of your age or weight. God made it easy. God has provided food, vegetables, herbs, fruits, nuts, and corn for our sustenance. All we need to do is follow his Word. But our being overweight is the only sign that we are not as obedient as the temple overseers he was. There is no sickness or disease in the world until one eats what God has forbidden. When a person decides to run away from God, he hands us over to the spirit creatures who cannot do what we want to do.

Have a good meal.

We found a new word. It is an antioxidant. This means that the food that God originally provided for us contains special nutrients to fight disease. Regardless of your weight, it has been shown that if you eat well, it will help prevent cancer, prevent heart disease, prevent diabetes and many other diseases. So we have to start eating well.
