1. Maintain Perspective

5. Follow a Routine

When you have a daily routine, you know what to expect every morning as you grapple with the challenges of everyday life. It’s important to maintain your routine during this time of quarantine. Go to sleep and wake up at normal times, and complete tasks on the days you would normally do them. For example, if you typically shop for groceries or other necessities on a certain day of the week, continue the routine by doing your shopping on that same day.
