Why do some entrepreneurs get more opportunities than others? Is it because their business makes a lot of money, or is there a secret that the average person does not know?

Glenn Sanford, founder of eXp Realty, president of eXp World Holdings and CEO of SUCCESS Enterprises, will reconsider this question. Instead of mixing success with money, he would ask budding entrepreneurs about their relationship. So here's the new question: Are you using relationships to grow your business or your business to grow relationships? Most people make the first choice, but that is a very difficult way to meet people and find opportunities. Use your business to grow your network effectively.

In this episode of Glorious Thoughts, SUCCESSFUL HUMAN ANALYSISER Tristan Ahumada talks to Sanford about how you can find amazing opportunities. Luck plays a small role, but many things do not happen by accident. Sanford did not have the opportunity to purchase SUCCESS Magazine or Virbela, a virtual reality platform, by accident. Relationships from one business to another.

“A lot of this comes in attitudes,” Sanford said. "None of this would have been apparent, whether it was my business or anything, if I had not been honest, hardworking, built good relationships and put other people in this business."

Want to create similar results? Do these four things to make your business a magnet for opportunities.

1. Surround yourself with people who push you.

Many entrepreneurs get better by absorbing information. They read the books of Stephen Covey, Dale Carnegie, and business professionals. It’s good to study the secrets of success, but don’t get caught up in the learning phase. Use the lessons and move on.

This is where a living, breathing counselor can help you. Nothing is more likely to happen to human teaching, so find a teacher who will encourage your growth.

"When someone pressures me to use [my power] at a high level, they eventually come out," Sanford said. "I put this information [in my mind], but it was released to focus on making things happen."

2. Instead of helping one person, reach out to thousands.

Zig Ziglar once said, “You can have everything you want in life, as long as you help other people to get what they want.” It is good advice, and there are two ways to apply it. You can help two or three people succeed from time to time, which takes more time and spreads your attention. Or you could devise a plan to change thousands of lives at once.

"If I don't think enough, how many people do I hurt?" Asks Sanford. “It's a crazy way of thinking. We have 53,000-plus agents in eXp… We can have 300,000 in five years. Think about the size of that business. I would trade all 300,000 people — and SUCCESS Enterprises with my other businesses — if I didn’t think it was great. Not mine, but mine, but all agents, brokers, employees and clients. ”

3. Don't follow the crowd for money.

While having a lot of money is a good thing to dream about, solving other people's problems is really the way to get it. Sometimes it is a long process. Upgrade your product or technology before anything happens, and even then, monetization is not guaranteed. To survive in the guidelines, your goal must be greater than profit.

“I’ve talked to successful people who are focused on making money, and I don’t like being around those people,” Sanford said. "I like to be among the people who want to make an impact, and if money is a product of that - and it's important - that's fine."

As you build relationships, connect with entrepreneurs who are able to build value, not just profit-making programs.

4. Develop positive ideas.

One person can start a business, but it requires a group of people to grow bigger every year. If you have employees, listen to their opinions. Support them as they try new things. Create a culture of innovation where there are no negative ideas, just sharp ideas or re-directed conversations.

"There are a lot of leaders [in real estate] who don't like the idea of brokers and retailers building their own events," Sanford said. "They're trying to get all the control back to companies, and I don't understand it…. I always said, 'How do we empower? What is the new economy?' good ones that appear wherever they come from.
