The expenses are borne by a single person or entity and are not shared with anyone else. Private Cloud management is the user's responsibility, and the CSP does not offer Cloud management services.

Then the hybrid Cloud deployment model combines Public Cloud and Private Cloud characteristics. Hybrid Cloud allows data and applications to be shared between Private and Public Cloud environments.

Organizations primarily employ Hybrid Cloud when their On-Premise infrastructure requires more scalability, and they employ Public Cloud scalability to meet fluctuating business demands. Organizations can store sensitive information on their Private Cloud while enhancing the capabilities of the Public Cloud.

Tight budgets, existing technological infrastructure, and confidence in the service provider all play a role in decision-making.
