From Clinical Transactions to Lasting Healing Through Transformative Patient Care
Healthcare has changed in remarkable ways over the past few decades. New technology, advanced treatments, and faster access to medical information have improved many parts of modern medicine. Yet one important truth remains the same. Patients want to feel seen, heard, and valued. They want more than a quick diagnosis or a rushed appointment. A Tribute to Andy Rooney by Jeff Fager
There were many things I admired about Andy Rooney. Having the chance to work with him through the years felt like a gift. With Andy, you always knew that when he said something, he truly meant it. There was no trace of fake charm in his voice, whether he was on television or away from the cameras. I believe that honesty was a major reason he became such an unforgettable figure in broadcast journalism.

This is Me:
For as long as I can remember, books have always been my escape. In 2005, I started writing at the tender age of fifteen in what I intende to be a diary that I hoped would help me cope with my maternal grandmother’s recent cancer diagnoses. I had hoped that by doing this, it would act as a kind of therapy and help me to work out my feelings and residual grief that I still felt from losing my grandfather four years prior from the same kind of cancer that she was fighting. What I didn’t count on was how boring it was for me to write about my feelings regarding this time of my life. Every day it was the same thing and I got so bored so I started making things up in what became my first book. It was a truly terrible novel with no outline, or clear idea of where I was going and because of that, there were some major consistencies in character design and plot.

Renovating Without the Eyesore. AI-Generated.
As New Zealand cities shift toward high-density housing, townhouse developments, and subdivided sections, the traditional residential footprint has shrunk dramatically. While this density helps manage urban growth in major hubs like Auckland and Wellington, it creates a massive logistical challenge when it comes time for property maintenance and renovations: where does the waste go?
