SEO is not a science, but a scientific approach can be taken. The results are not as immediate as PPC, but after three months of running the program, the results should be visible. 2. Use a tracking account. Google Analytics is free and will be improved based on feedback. Ask your SEO company to set up tracking in Google Analytics and obtain your account ID and password so that you can check it from time to time.

Unfortunately, SEO is a long process. How long do you have to wait to decide that the SEO company will take you for a drive? When you have participated in the SEO program for six months and encountered any of the following situations, it is time to fire your SEO company.

Scenario 1: Six months after the campaign was launched, there was no increase in search volume

Scenario 1: Six months after the start of the advertising campaign, there is no increase in search traffic. Why is this so? Maybe they don't work at all, or they target all the wrong keywords. Highly competitive keywords can bring more traffic, but it takes longer (up to 12-24 months of reading time) to optimize. To maximize the return on investment, professional SEO companies choose a mix and match of keywords with low competition, medium competition, and intense competition. If your SEO company does not adopt this method, then it is time to fire them.

Check method: Insist on adding Google Analytics (a free tool) to your website and visit it regularly.

Scenario 2: Traffic has increased, but no conversion has been obtained. Maybe this is an actual bug that can be fixed, or you may have received a lot of spam because the company posted the site in inappropriate places to show statistics on increased traffic. This often happens in non-professional companies seeking to gain SEO credibility. Ignorant customers are brought in.

Go to Google Analytics.

Click on the traffic source.

Check all traffic: referrals, search engines, and direct.

Check the type of website sending referral traffic and check the type of keywords.

Scenario 3: You have not even found page 2 of the target keyword. Targeting keywords may be too competitive, or your business may not cover all aspects of SEO. This is a tricky question. If you are satisfied with the keyword movement over the past few months, you may need some push. Otherwise, you need to check what the company is doing.
