What is Passive Income VS What is Residual Income?

Passive income vs residual income; so, what are they and what is the difference? Passive income is money that you earn without having to put in much effort. This can come from investments, such as dividends from stocks or rental income from property. Residual income, on the other hand, is money that you continue to earn even after you've stopped working. This can come from royalties from books or music, or from Passive Income streams.

So, which one should you try to achieve? It really depends on your financial goals and situation. If you want to make money without having to work hard for it, then passive income is the way to go. However, if you're looking to make a long-term investment that will continue to pay off even after you're no longer actively working on it, then residual income is the better option.

Are Affiliate Commissions Passive Income or Residual Income?

Affiliate commissions can be either passive income or residual income, depending on how they are structured. If you are paid a commission for every sale that you make, then it is considered passive income. However, if you are paid a commission based on a percentage of the sales that are made by people who you have referred, then it is considered residual income.

The most common niches for passive affiliate income are in the insurance and dating industries. For residual affiliate income, the most common niches are in the make money online and health & fitness industries.

Of course, the best strategy for any marketer is to try to get a mixture of both passive and residual income by mixing up the products and services you promote. A great example of this would be to promote a combination of high ticket items that pay you a residual commission, as well as lower priced items that pay you a Passive Income commission. By doing this, you can make the most of both types of income and maximize your earnings potential.

Passive income vs residual income is quite like brothers and sisters.... Passive income is to do it once and keep getting paid for the initial effort while residual income is keep getting repeated income on a regular basis. With residual income becomes passive income. Thanks for the great share! 😃 😄🤟
