Joby Harte has worked in the music business in some capacity since he started Hospital Radio in the UK at the age of 14. There he went on to work for FM stations across the country as assistant head of music, before ending up as head of music launching digital pop station, CORE, for GWR in the UK.

He transitioned into TV working on show’s such as TOTP andCD:UK,played a crucial role in thedevelopment of ITV’s Pop Idol(American Idol) under the Freemantle umbrella and launched the UK’s format of MTV’s hit American show, TRL.

He moved to Los Angeles in 2008 for a stint with Nickelodeon to launch their music show, Dance on Sunset. Countless shows later hewas part of the One Direction NBC primetime special. Therehe met Ben Winston who hired him for the revamped launch of CBS televsions’ TheLate Late Show with James Corden, where he worked for 3 years before he transitioned full time into the management world and has represented artists in a management capacity ever since with a current roster including Hollywood Records act and winners of the ABC series Boyband, In Real Life, LA Reids’Hitco recording artist Asher Angel, iHeart Radio personality JoJo Wright and Backstreet Boy AJ McLeanon his Theatrical ventures – the most recent leading to a starring role in NBC’s Days of Our Life.

Hecontinues to work alongside his partner in the music space veteran, Johnny Wright, on a number of acts and is developing music programming in multiple formats including launching the global digital radio station, Breaking Sound Radio, supporting emerging artists from around the world during the 2020 pandemic.

He's worked on many hit show's including the BBC's 'Strictly Come Dancing'. Joby was part of the original production team and played a vital part in the creation of the worldwide hit reality series "Pop Idol" along with Series Producer "Ken Warwick". He is also a television actor and his acting credits include 'the baker' for the hit ITV children's show 'SMTV Live'. Before being a warm up artist he was a Radio presenter for local UK radio station '97.6 Chiltern FM'. Harte has been involved in show's that have received numerous awards for the television programmes he has worked with including, a BAFTA and The Golden Rose of Montraux.
