Instagram influencers are the cheat code to Instagram marketing for your business. But first, let's get into what an influencer is and why they have an important role in marketing.

What is an influencer?

An individual who has a following in a particular niche/industry, which they actively engage with. They also have the power to affect the purchase decisions of others because of the position they develop with their audience.

Instagram micro-influencers with followers anywhere between 5,000 to 50,000 are useful sources of generating profit from your business.

Why does influencer marketing work so well?

As people are exposed to more advertising content than ever, it's important to get creative in order to stand out from traditional standard advertisements. Advertising experiences must be appealing and not spammy whatsoever.

This is why influencer marketing can be such a powerful choice for your brand. Influencers are seen as authority figures and experts in their fields and usually are very passionate about the niche that they are in.

On top of this Micro-Influencers are usually very friendly and more understanding of working with new businesses and their budget constraints which is great! Whereas a large influencer would probably just brush you off and not even reply to your messages.

What are engagement rates?

Engagement rates are the percentage of the influencer's audience that interacts with their content.

Between 2% and 4% = Average engagement rate

Between 4% and 6% = Good engagement rate

Above 6% = Spectacular engagement rate

Influencers above 6% are the ones we want to be using and they will also get you the best return of investment when you start paying them for promos as their fans engage with what they post and are very active! They are also the hardest to find but once you find them you'll be amazed at the results they produce!

Find the right influencers who are popular within your specific niche and by doing that likelihood that you'll make sales will increase drastically. You can contact them by sending them a DM asking about a business inquiry.

By allowing the other side to name its price first, you may get a chance to counter with a number that is lower than what you would have offered initially. The thing is that naming a price first limits how low you can go in negotiations.

It is necessary that you're tracking the sales coming from the influencers via coupon codes. This is the best way to track sales and monitor the quality of each influencer., The last thing we want to do is spend money on influencers and lose money in the process
