So how to say it better? Come on, I'll give you a universal formula for impromptu speeches at celebrations, it's simple, it's three points and one line is "past - present - future".

How to use it, let me explain to you. What is the "past" about? It's about memories. Of course, it's about your memories and each other's memories. The "present" is about the current scene and your thoughts and feelings. The "future" is a blessing, a promise.

I asked this friend to use "past-present-future", and he would say: "I'm especially happy to attend your fifth anniversary celebration today, time flies. I remember five years ago, when I first came to talk business with Mr. Liu, at that time, your office address was still a three-bedroom apartment in a residential building, and the total number of employees was less than 20. Five years later, now you have grown to more than 200 employees and your office has moved to such a luxurious office building. Although the house has become bigger and the number of employees has increased, what I see that you have not changed in these five years is the attitude of making products, always respecting the products and the customers. In the future, I hope we can create more cooperation besides this project, and I look forward to your next five years of great changes as we move forward hand in hand."

I do not need to say, you will certainly feel that in this version of the speech, more people feel that the words are meaningful, not false and empty. To let you use the formula "past - present - future" more in place and more comfortable, let me tell you, it is good in the end where.

First of all, when you talk about the past, that each person's memories can be unique, and this memory will have a relationship with the main character of the field, so the light can hit the main character, rather than listening to your self-centered elaboration.

Then there is, you do a "past" and "present" contrast, the greater the change, the stronger the impact and sense of image to everyone, and others will have a deep impression.

This formula works well, even at a wedding, to improvise a couple of sentences, whether as friends of the couple, parents, or relatives, you can use this method. Case 2: Motivating the team

You see, according to this formula, Mr. Zhang should come up first to catch the negative emotions of the staff, he can say "I know that everyone is very hard and stressed lately. How to take the emotions in place, so that others can empathize with you, and feel your sincerity, is required through the details to reflect. Then, after taking over the emotions, you have to appease everyone. How to pacify it? As a senior executive, you have to give resources ah. You can say what is the difficulty you encounter at the moment, such as: "Your difficulty is the lack of people or money, or which step is difficult to advance. You see, this is called giving resources.

Then on this basis, you put forward the third layer of "promote action", and employees say "let's work together, work hard", and they will be willing to take action.

Case three: sharing experience

Let's look at the case of a student in our small class.

The second small class has a student named Jie. Last month, Jie went to his child's parent-teacher conference, his child made great progress in this test, and the teacher invited him to the stage to share his experience.

Jie used three points and one line "first - second - again" to speak, but the point is ah, this line of logic strung together very beautifully, I tell you how he said.
