Vocal Media is one of the great platforms for content writers who want to earn through their words. It has its pros and cons but on the other hand. I hope that Vocal Media's authority will consider working in its room for improvement.

So as we know that Vocal Media does not have a strong domain authority which results in low internal traffic that could have helped you drive substantial revenue from your stories. However, on the same hand, it has given the writers leniency of bringing external traffic to their stories and it will be considered as your legit readership for earning. And from my point of view, it's one of its pros which people misunderstand sometimes.

With such a chance, you should be focusing on the ways of driving traffic to your stories, no matter where it comes from. And to make it easier for the new Vocal writers I've come up with some useful methods which can give their journey of online earning a push start.

Facebook Groups

Facebook groups now a days have a huge amount of members in them. And that is where you get the golden opportunity to promote your articles or stories within the massive communities. All you need to do is to find the relevant groups with a healthy number of members and join them, private or public doesn't matter.

Most of these groups consist of those members who are always keen to read new things. And whenever you post a link that leads to your article, there are great chances that they may go through your writeup. Just be creative and improve your writing ability to attract more readership.

Note: Facebook won't mind if you post links until and unless you start spamming. Avoid being restricted.

Create An Instagram Account & Build Followership

Other than Facebook, Instagram is a great way of promoting your articles. Just create a business account. Build authentic and relevant followership. Post daily. Add your Vocal Media Profile's link to your Instagram Bio. Use effective and trending hashtags in every post you make. Interact as much as you can. Post stories to let your followers know about your newly published articles.

Yes, all of this sounds easy but it's not that simple. It will take time and once you're done building good followership, you can enjoy the perks.

Note: Don't ever fall for buying a fake audience. It won't help you. Grow organically. As it is said "slow and steady wins the race".

Other Social Media Platforms

I've talked about the major sources of driving traffic. But to play safer, you should also go to other social media platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Telegram, and WhatsApp.

Promoting your articles on your social media accounts will give a boost to your Vocal Media Earnings. But remember one thing, it won't happen overnight. You'll have to work harder to earn some extra bucks from your passion for writing.

Basic Calculation To Predict Your Monthly Earnings

So all the Vocal Media writers are well aware of the amount this platform pays for every 1000 reads. $3.80/1000 reads for Free Members and $6/1000 reads for Vocal+ Members.

$3.80/1000 reads = $0.0038 per read. This means that if you manage to get 100,000 reads collectively on your account in a month, you'll earn ($.0038 * 100,000 = $380 per month). And it's literally quite easy to make that happen if you're good at marketing. However, I just talked about collective 100,000 reads on your account. Just imagine this number of readership on most of your articles specifically. And if you're a Vocal+ Member then you can predict higher than a free member. The game can totally change.
