there were 1.21 billion monthly active users on this app, making over 28% of the world's internet users. And it is continuing to grow.

So you can surely sense the total number of potential audiences who can help you build a strong profile on Instagram within no time. And you can easily monetize that audience in various ways. But the one I chose is the easiest and the most popular amongst many Instagrammers.

The method I went with can help you earn a substantial amount of money from here.

You've probably seen and interacted with many influencers on this platform. And you must have gone through the followers count on their profiles. It's crazy. The thing is, these influencers simply use their huge audiences to earn money. They get offers from different well-known companies or blog owners to promote a specific product or service in their Instagram posts and stories. And in return, they get paid by those companies or individuals.

Now how much you get paid is only dependent on the number of your active followers. The more followers, the better the offer is. Sounds easy, right? But many YouTubers in search of views, misguide the newbies when it comes to earning from Instagram. 1. Selection of a niche.

3. Post at least 12 pictures relevant to the niche you've selected.

Why do you need to do this is because, whenever a viewer visits your profile should not find it empty. Starting with 12 posts would be enough but remember, do not spam posting. Just upload 3 pictures a day and you'll take 4 days to fulfill this step.

Just a post won't do it all. You need to write a good caption for every post. Depending on the niche again, it can be short or lengthy as well. Once you're done with account setup and posting, it's time to gain followers. Now there's a common strategy of getting followers which is known as "follow for follow back". Well, I don't recommend it because you can easily get your account banned. But if you're in hurry then you can go for it. However, you need to keep in mind that don't follow more than 50 people per day. As it's a new account, you'll probably get noticed easily and the algorithm will restrict you from performing that particular action.

Another way of getting followers is using the right keywords or hashtags as I discussed above. It's an organic but slow process so it will take more time to grasp the attention of the potential audience.

So once you've successfully grown your account and got enough followers, you get eligible to make profits against your hard work. As you don't have earlier experience in promoting any company, you will need a push start. It's very easy so don't creep out. You just got to approach those brands with a convincing but humble tone, who require some promotion in your locality.

Just find and message at least 5-10 business pages on Instagram a day and let them know about your profile's engagement rates. And surely you'll get some responses. Negotiate and decide the final rate per post or story. Eventually, you'll be able to gain some good clients on this platform who will hire you every time they need to promote themselves. And when you'll know that you've successfully made a good portfolio then you increase your charges per post and story.
