Okay, so you might be asking yourself, "What the heck is Canva and why should I care?" Well, let me tell you, Canva is about to become your new best friend (or at least your new favorite way to procrastinate). It's an online design platform that allows you to create all sorts of visual content, from social media graphics to business cards to invitations to memes (yes, you can make memes on Canva). It's super user-friendly and has a ton of templates and tools to help you bring your design dreams to life.

Canva Creators / Contributors

But here's the real reason you should care about Canva: They have a contributor/creator program that lets users like you and me upload our own designs and templates for others to use on the platform. And if one of your designs gets purchased, you get a cut of the sale. Cha-ching!

Live Proof Of My Earnings Over a Period Of 6 Months

Recently, I decided to give the contributor program a try and let me tell you, it was the best decision I've made since I switched to almond milk (my taste buds and the cows thank me). In just a few months, I was able to earn over $1,000 from my designs. It was a total side hustle success and a lot of fun to see my work being used by others.

So, if you're feeling like you could use some extra cash or just want to flex your design skills, here are a few tips to help you get started with the Canva contributor program:

Niche it up: Figure out what kind of designs you want to create and what areas you might be good at. Whether it's social media templates, website graphics, or printables, there are plenty of opportunities to find your niche and create content that others will be interested in.

Follow the rules: Make sure to read and follow Canva's contributor guidelines to ensure that your designs meet their standards and are eligible for the program. Trust me, you don't want to get rejected and have to face the disappointment of a broken dream (or just have to redo your work).

Experiment and have fun: Don't be afraid to try new things and experiment with different styles and techniques. The more you create, the more you'll learn and the better you'll become at crafting designs that people will want to purchase. Plus, it's just a good excuse to play around with Canva and make some cool stuff.

My Dashboard last month

In conclusion, the Canva contributor/creator program is a great way to make some extra cash and have a blast with your design skills. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out, there are plenty of opportunities to create and sell your work on the platform. So go forth and design your heart out!

More on Subscription :

I personally use canva pro for education which is free for lifetime :) (More about canva for education in next blog!)

Apart from this here are the other canva plans :

For individuals:

Just a measly $10 a month for all the design magic you can handle! Or, pay for a year in advance and get it for a cool $110. That's less than $10 a month!

For teams:

Gather your design crew and get ready to blast off with Canva Pro for only $30 per month, per user (minimum 3 users). For the big dogs out there, the Enterprise plan is customizable and priced on a per-quote basis. But don't worry, we won't break the bank.

Remember, these prices are for the Canva Pro subscription, which includes access to all the best features and resources. Or, if you're just dipping your toes in the design pool, the free version of Canva is always an option. Happy designing!
