It requires a lot of hard work to get high da links. But nowadays many don’t wanna work that hard and try to buy links. Which is illegal and can result in you being penalized by the search engines.

Cloaking

As the name suggests this is mostly used to deceive the search engines as well as the visitors. Here the search engine is shown one thing while the visitors are shown totally different things which goes against the search engine policies.

Keyword stuffing

Maybe the most commonly mentioned problem there is. But hate to say it there are still sites that do it. With the recent update of the search engine algorithm sites with a huge amount of keyword stuffing are not only dropping in ranking for their target keywords but also are also being neglected by the search engine.

Duplicate contents and assets

Now, this is an issue that can not only harm your business on the digital platform but also lead to legal issues in the real world as well. As many contents on the web nowadays have copyrights. So using them without the user’s consent is a serious crime.

Hidden links

This is like keyword stuffing just a little deeper. As here you are getting a little crafty by changing the color of the link text or using it as a field that is not visible to the visitor. You might think that no one will notice but search engines do. As they analyze your site to the dot before dividing its ranking.
