The online marketing team at Amazon Global Selling CN is dedicated to providing constant support for the overall acquisition of new selling partners, the education of existing trading partners, and the promotion of brand awareness for Amazon Global Selling. We are currently looking for a seasoned email marketing manager responsible for the whole lifecycle of the CN Seller in the email channel. They will collaborate closely with customers, the product marketing team, the business team, and the global email team to improve seller experience while increasing business metrics.

Responsibilities

1. Own overall customer experience and customer engagement through Email and optimize based on Sellers insights and analysis (VOS, behaviors, interactions).

2. In charge of China Global Selling's Email channel overall positioning and channel development strategy.

3. In charge of China Global Selling's Email channel overall positioning and channel development strategy. Defining and tracking email metrics (engaged customers' numbers, viewership numbers, email slot numbers, open rates percentages, and click-through rates percentages), as well as optimizing channel performance through data tracking and analysis.

4. Oversee the operation of email content and supply a monthly content calendar and emails to Sellers to meet their complete lifecycle requirements.

5. Work with marketing peers and business stakeholders to achieve essential business objectives through Email (such as new Seller launches and program acceptance). As an Email specialist, advise stakeholders to achieve business success through email communication.

6. Design an email content development mechanism and standard operating procedure (SOP) to facilitate content delivery and alignment across the organization: closely collaborate with corporate functions (e.g. PR and Public Relations; PP; Legal; Tax; Compliance, etc.) for content review and approval; partner and empower stakeholders from Branding and Product Marketing; Marketplace; Regional; Sales; Funnel Program Managers and the PMO team to deliver Seller-oriented content every month.

Basic Qualification

Fluent in both English and Chinese, with particular proficiency in spoken English. Business, marketing, or a similar subject bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required. 5+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in email management, demonstrated ability to organize, plan, prioritize, and fulfill deadlines through process improvements and communication strategies. Demonstrated ability to drive business through email/CRM and have the aptitude for dealing with complex email cases.

Utilizing facts and analytics from different data sources to assess Email and CRM performance, as well as to identify opportunities for development and innovation. Working knowledge of cross-functional teams in sales, product management, marketing, and information technology. The capacity to present quickly and confidently at all levels of the organization, as well as the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical personnel.

Preferred Qualification

  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience with email platforms such as Pardot
  • Experience in B2B, high-tech products/services
