7 Most Important Spiritual Laws

Today I decided to write about the first two spiritual laws. In the following texts, I will write about the remaining laws.

To discover our true self and live happily and fulfilled, we need to devote ourselves and adhere to the following 7 spiritual laws: the law of pure potentiality, the law of giving, the law of karma, the law of spiritual intention and desire, the law of detachment, the law of life purpose.

1. The Law of Pure Potentiality

We are all pure consciousness, infinite and unlimited potential and possibility, whether we are aware of it or not. This is our nature, pure potentiality.

When you discover your nature and realize who you truly are, in that self-knowledge you will find the ability to fulfill your dreams because you are eternal possibility, immeasurable potential of everything that has been, is, and will be.

The experience of the self or self-referral means that your inner point of reference is your own spirit. The opposite of self-referral is object-referral when we find our point of reference in objects outside ourselves (seeking approval from others). In that case, our thinking and behavior are always in anticipation of reactions, thus based on fear.

The power of the self attracts people and what you desire like a magnet. This is also called the support of the laws of nature. To activate the law of pure potentiality, the following is needed:

Daily meditation for at least 20 minutes every day. It is recommended to meditate twice for 30 minutes or as many minutes as your age. It is best to meditate in the morning immediately after waking up. During meditation, whichever one you choose and which suits you, consciously follow your breath. At the beginning, your thoughts will likely be wild, which is normal. Your task is to strive to remain calm. Do not despair if you do not reach calm every time or if you fail to calm your thoughts. Just persist and see what happens after ten days.

Spend at least 10 minutes in nature every day. You do not have to go to a forest; it is enough to sit on a bench in a park or on a terrace and watch the sunset, listen to the birds, feel the scent of flowers.

Practice non-judgment daily by starting your day with the statement: "Today I will not judge, no matter what happens." When you judge, you label, analyze, evaluate, creating great turbulence in your inner dialogue.

2. The Law of Giving

This law could also be called the law of giving and receiving because the universe operates through dynamic exchange. Nothing is static. We need to give and receive to maintain the circular flow of abundance in life.

Practicing the law of giving is simple - if you want joy, bring joy to others; if you want love, learn to give it; if you want material abundance, help others become wealthy. The easiest way to get what you want is to help others get what they want.

You will activate the law of giving by committing to the following steps over the next 7 days:

Wherever I go, whoever I meet, I will bring a gift. Gifts are not necessarily material.

Today I will gratefully receive all the gifts life has to offer me. I will receive the gifts of nature, sunlight, a spring shower, or the song of birds. I will be open to receiving from others, whether it is in the form of a material gift, money, compliments, services, prayers...

I will commit to maintaining the circulation of wealth in my life by giving and receiving the most precious gifts of life - gifts of caring, compassion, acceptance, and love. Every time I meet someone, I will silently wish them happiness, joy, and laughter.
