25 Content prompts for long captions, blogs, email copies, and content creation of any sort

As a content creator, the most challenging part for most of us is "what to post". You could be from any industry but the amount of content we are required to post online to stay visible and relevant is significantly more than ever before.

Moreover, the amount of content we see online and consume daily is also ridiculous. The algorithms show us what we have watched before, based on relevancy and interests, and that increases the chances of posting the same content. Same content from our business pages/profiles or anyone else talking about the same thing, in the same way, can bore the audience.

This can eventually result in followers losing interest, forgetting you or unfollowing you. Perhaps all of the things mentioned which is why it is crucial to have one brand voice, different and diverse aspects to cover the same subject matter, and different ways to deliver.

I’ve been in content industry for over a decade that includes writing 1.3 million words in my last fulltime job, 2 books as an author and various types of content and copy writing.

Here is the list of prompts I have curated that I think would help more than one industry for emails, social media content, blogging, newsletters, carousals, YouTube, and several other types of contents.

1. Write top hacks to solve problems in your industry.

2. Share pro tips - something your competitors won't share for free.

3. Share your greatest business/personal mistakes and what you learned from them.

4. Share your recent success and teach your audience how to get there.

5. Break common myths/write about misconceptions in your industry.

6. Use analogies. People connect with analogies.

7. Write a motivational story that will interest your audience.

11. Share what inspires you and chances are it will inspire others as well.

12. Share the best business/personal advice you've ever received.

21. Share a recent project you were working on, the problem you solved, your approach and the final outcome. The A- B transformation.

22. Talked to a friend/colleague/business partner and came to an interesting conclusion? Share it.

24. Results in numbers you had (e.g. increased sales by 20%), explain how to achieve the same.

25. Simplify a process that you used to achieve something and share it.

Wrapping up,

I'm sure some of the aforementioned pointers can be used in various industries for content creation, as they are or could be modified a bit to get the job done. If these are not helpful at all, I hope it will get you started and set you for more relevant content prompts. If you have more pointers on your mind, feel free to share in the comments section below or DM me on any of my socials and I will add them.
