I usually interview about 200 people a year. So I'm not going to answer you from the perspective of a professional in human resources, but I'm going to answer you from the perspective of an interviewer. First, what questions do interviewers usually ask when they are interested in the candidate? Number one, he will tell you a lot about the company. It's because he wants to attract you through the introduction of the company, the company values, the company benefits and so on. This is him matching you with your values. Second, he will ask you, if there was a problem, how did you solve it? If you give good answers and he shows that he is, um, smiling and willing to talk further about these topics, he has approved of your interview. The response is that he matches your management philosophy and principles in dealing with things and relationships. Number three, he'll ask you, What are your salary expectations? When you report an expected new student, if he did not do any answer, there may not be too much drama, if you report a salary after he told you to estimate that he can give you a salary value, in how much to prove that he is more approved of your interview. This response matches how well he matches your salary criteria for the position. Number four, he'll ask you how long it takes you to get used to the team, or how long it takes you to get results, or what would you do if you came in? These problems are reflected. The degree to which you feel responsible for the progress and results of your work. How will the interviewer react if he or she is not interested in the candidate? First, he will only take about three minutes to introduce you to the company, and you can hear that it is very shallow and one-sided. Second, he may tell you what kind of person the position is looking for, implying that you are not a good fit. Number three, the interviewer usually takes notes and things like that. If he hasn't written anything down during your entire interview, but he has prepared a pen and paper, then he's not interested in you. What would it look like if the interviewer wanted to hire the candidate? First, he may ask you to go back and write a research report to him, and give you a time limit. Show that he wants to see your ability to really see problems and think logically about how to solve them. Also look for a recognition of your attitude towards the job and the company. Second, he may ask you for a start date, which means he needs you to start as soon as possible. This indicates that the current work pressure of this position is relatively large, and a great deal of work connection problems have been generated. Third, he may ask you how to bring the new and old team? Which means that he was so.
