The first way people feel valued is when they're treated with respect. With out respect, a person feels that they are of no importance and therefore not valuable.

The second way people feel valued is when they're given opportunities to grow and succeed in their lives. When a person feels like they can't do anything or that someone isn't giving them the opportunity to do anything, then they don't feel valuable.

The third way people feel valued is when they're given a sense of security in their lives. They need to know that there's someone who has their back and will take care of them no matter what happens.

The fourth way people feel valued is when they're given encouragement to achieve their dreams and goals. If a person feels like those around them don't want anything out of them or that they will never accomplish what their hearts desire, it makes them feel like they aren't valuable.

The fifth way people feel valued is when they're appreciated. Appreciation and acknowledgement are two different things. If you appreciate someone, then that means you recognize their talent or effort but if you acknowledge someone, it implies that what they did really had an impact on your life.

The sixth way people feel valued is when they're given the opportunity to be themselves. When someone feels like those around them don't accept their true self, then they don't feel valued.

The individual and society

It seems to me that the most effective way of making people feel valued is by promoting social collectivism.

This can be done in several ways:

1. By showing a strong interest in and paying close attention to each individual's needs, desires, beliefs, actions, etc., never push them aside or ignore their concerns as unimportant.

2. By ensuring that all individuals can participate in every decision that affects them so they feel like an important part of society.

3. By supporting everyone equally in both material and emotional terms; not favoring one person over another based on how much value you think they have (like your government does now).

4. If anyone feels unhappy with what others are doing then there should be discussions where everyone has equal say about whether the action/behavior is acceptable or not.

You should also promote individualism in the society, since people are all unique individuals with their own values and desires. What one person considers valuable is not necessarily what another would consider valuable so it's best to leave each individual to decide what they value for themselves.

There are many different ways of helping individuals feel valued. I have tried to describe a few methods that I think would help improve your country's situation.

Selflessness for the greater good

The way people feel valued is through the appreciation of others. This can either be by individuals or groups (the group being a collection of individuals). It's important to note that this appreciation must come from selfless motives, in other words if you are doing it because you want something out of it then that isn't genuine.

Like for example, donating your crutches or wheelchair to someone who needs it, instead of selling.

This is a difficult concept to grasp because how do you know whether or not someone else's appreciation is genuine? However, the key thing to remember here is that people are very good at pretending. It's important to be aware that if they seem too nice, then it probably isn't real.

As humans, we want to feel like our life has meaning, and one way of doing this is by helping other people. It's important that we don't do it because we are expecting something in return, but rather because we genuinely want to help them.

In the long run, this strategy will pay off because you'll get to help someone in need. It's important to realize that it's not always about helping people directly though, sometimes even just doing a small act can make someone feel valued.

Remember that it isn't always about what is done, but rather the motive behind those actions.

It is important to be aware of how you treat people, because if you don't respect them then they won't feel valued.

Closing thought

The best way to make others feel valued is not by doing things for them but rather by taking time out of your life to talk with them and listen. It shows that you like spending time with this person and care about what they have to say.
