You may have heard the story of Kane Monroy, the east Los Angeles kid who set up a playground in his father's auto parts store -- all made of cardboard boxes.

Last summer, Kane began building his own playground out of cardboard boxes in the corner of his father's garage.

With his idea, he created a real amusement park, more thinking and fun than any motorized game, but Cain's amusement park never had any customers.

Until one day, when Mullick, a short film director, came to the garage to buy car parts, he was not only Kane's first customer, but also moved by Kane's idea.

So Mullick decided to go online and call on netizens to come to Kane's amusement park to play, and give Kane a surprise for his efforts to run the amusement park. Mullick filmed the whole process and made an 11-minute video, which was surprisingly popular on the Internet. Many netizens were moved by the nine-year-old's sincerity and came to cheer him up.

And the story isn't over. Mullick has also set up a scholarship for Kane, which has raised more than $170,000 for him. In addition, a foundation has donated $250,000 in Kane's name to encourage teenagers to be creative.

There is so much to mention in this story. Forbes reporters went so far as to list the reasons why Cain will be on the Forbes Billionaires list in the coming decades.

1. He is still a child.

He was running his own business

It has almost become a rule. Sarah Blakely used to run a haunted house, and Kevin Plank used to sell wristbands at Grateful Dead concerts. This is not to be sneezed at, and the implication is not mysterious: entrepreneurship.

2. He has passion

The best entrepreneurs are committed to and love what they do. Kane loved playgrounds, so he built his own. "I was lucky -- I found what I loved to do early," Jobs said. Cain is only nine years old, and his love for his business borders on obsession, which is no bad thing. Future growth will require that obsession.

3. This passion is contagious

The ability to convey passion and vision is particularly critical in expanding a business empire. By sheer force of personality and the appeal of energy, Kane draws people in. In the future, those same qualities will attract talent, as well as money.

4. He was lucky

Calculate the probability. What are the odds that a stylish, good-hearted filmmaker happens to be Caine's first customer?

5. He has the appearance of almost

Perseverance is impossible

There are countless scenes in the video where Kane sits, waiting for customers to come in or pitching his playground to his father's guests. What nine-year-old has such a long period of focus and such pure devotion to a cause?

6. He shows an irrational optimism

Kane is off to a good start, but that doesn't mean it's going to be smooth sailing. Confidence in his ability and firmness in his goal will help him tide over difficulties. If he does not give up, there is hope.

7. He was willing to start on a shoestring budget

You can't become a billionaire without first working like a poor man. Mr Cayne assessed what he had and then used it to keep overhead to a minimum, crucial in the early stages of a business.

8. He has more than $120,000 in financing

People willing to donate to Cain's college fund can visit his website. Or, who knows, maybe Cain will follow in the footsteps of John Paul DeJorill and the 26 other members of the Forbes 400 list of richest Americans -- and skip the first step of the journey altogether. But either way, he will put the money to good use.
