Several Nigerian Celebrities React to Hilda Baci Officially Breaking GWR (Photos)

So, it is official! Our very own Hilda Baci is OFFICIALLY the new record holder for the longest cooking marathon (individual). The announcement was made earlier today through the Guiness World Records official social media, and since then, the congratulations have been pouring in.

Amongst the people celebrating Hilda Baci on such a monumental feat are of course our very own Nigerian celebrities. Here's how 11 Nigerian celebrities reacted to the news of Hilda Baci's official record being set.

Nigerian comedian and skitmaker Mr Macaroni upon seeing the news took to Twitter to say:

Congratulations Hilda Baci 🎊🎉

The greatest lesson here is that Hilda did not stop even after surpassing the 87 hours set by Lata Tondon.

She went all the way to 100 hours and the decision to do so helped her set a new world record despite GWR taking away 7hours!!!

I’m inspired to do more. Thank you Hilda.

Nigerians crashed GWR’s website for 2 days!!!

We are indeed a special breed!!

I don’t know how we do it but once we enter a space, the story changes!!!

We support our own and it shows everywhere!! Entertainment Industry, Sports, breaking world records… there is something about Nigerians!!
