Nigerian comedian, skit maker, media correspondent and business woman Wofai Fada is well known for having a restaurant called "Just Afang and Yogiegee" which she launched in 2018. When she launched the business, a very excited Wofai reflected on her journey to launch saying:

"From selling of buns, hawking of mango, water leave, oranges, to buying and selling of okrika from Balogun market, to uncal, Selling of drinks in different clubs ,catwalking for various designers ,without pay ,hosting weddings and all events, Ushering people in and out Different occasions. Running away from home to Lagos, becoming who i am today Is a miracle. NEVER EVER GIVE UP ON YOUR DREAMS !! God is seeing all your struggle."

Well, that same faith that brought her so far, is what Wofai is holding on to again today as that restaurant which she opened, that was once based in Lekki and close to the sea, something that Wofai Fada really loved and was excited to be able to say, has now been shut down because of a court case.

This is how the place looked before:

Wofai Fada in a new Instagram reel showed off the current state of the old location, to the shock and surprise of many fans, friends, and patrons, who never even knew that the restaurant had been closed. According to Wofai Fada, the restaurant was closed down due to a court case and from the look of things, Wofai Fada was not allowed to move anything away from the location during the duration of the court case. Here are pictures from how her old, and once vibrant location, look now.

Taking to Instagram to show off the current state of affairs, Wofai Fada wrote about the situation:

WOFAI FADA: We got a chance to visit our former restaurant since the court shut it down and here's the current situation. Everything in the chiller was rotten. We found some boxers, and all kinds of dirty clothes inside the fridge. The chiller compressor was also stolen. We still had to preserve the remaining champagne glasses. The bar was empty, most of the drinks were stolen, while the rest were expired. The kitchen was a total mess. I still remember using the best irons to extend into the water in 2021. We renovated/rebranded the building with the landlord's consent but everything has gone down the drain. We really appreciate your loyalty, concern, patronage, and support for the JA brand. We are now @ No 5. Alahji Kanike Close Off Awolowo, Ikoyi.

This is how the place looks now:
