WWE career

Rose was a contestant in the sixth season of the WWE competition WWE Tough Enough, which began airing in June 2015. She adopted the ring name Mandy Rose and impressed the judges with her athleticism and charisma. She was saved from elimination by The Miz and made it to the final two, along with Sara Lee. She lost to Lee but still earned a contract with WWE. Rose joined the cast of Total Divas for its fifth season, which premiered in January 2016. She also reported to WWE's developmental territory, NXT, where she trained at the Performance Center and made her in-ring debut at a live event in August 2016. She made her first televised appearance on NXT in October 2016, losing to Ember Moon. Rose continued to compete on NXT for the next year, facing opponents such as Asuka, Nikki Cross, Ruby Riott, Sonya Deville, and Kairi Sane. She also formed an alliance with Daria Berenato (later known as Sonya Deville), who was her former rival on Tough Enough. Rose made her main roster debut on November 20, 2017, on Raw, along with Deville and Paige. The trio attacked Sasha Banks, Bayley, Mickie James, and Alexa Bliss, establishing themselves as heels. They later named themselves Absolution and declared their loyalty to Paige, who was returning from a long injury hiatus. Absolution continued to wreak havoc on Raw's women's division for the next few weeks, until Paige suffered another injury that forced her to retire from in-ring competition. Rose and Deville then competed as a tag team under Paige's guidance until she was removed as Raw's general manager in December 2018. Rose and Deville were drafted to SmackDown as part of the 2018 Superstar Shake-up. They renamed themselves Fire and Desire and began a feud with Asuka and Naomi. They also participated in the first-ever women's Royal Rumble match in January 2019, where Rose eliminated Naomi. Rose then entered a feud with Naomi's husband Jimmy Uso and his brother Jey Uso, along with Deville. She tried to seduce Jimmy and cause trouble between him and Naomi, but her plan backfired when Jimmy revealed that he was loyal to his wife. Rose also competed in the second women's Elimination Chamber match for the inaugural WWE Women's Tag Team Championship with Deville, but they were eliminated by Sasha Banks and Bayley.

Rose then challenged Asuka for the SmackDown Women's Championship at Fastlane 2019, but lost after Deville accidentally tripped her with a kendo stick. She also competed in the second women's WrestleMania Battle Royal at WrestleMania 35. Rose then challenged Asuka for the SmackDown Women's Championship at Fastlane 2019, but lost after Deville accidentally tripped her with a kendo stick. She also competed in the second women's WrestleMania Battle Royal at WrestleMania 35, where she eliminated Sonya Deville before being eliminated by Sarah Logan. Rose and Deville reconciled and resumed their tag team partnership. They entered a feud with Carmella and Ember Moon, and later with Alexa Bliss and Nikki Cross. They also competed in a fatal four-way match for the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship at Clash of Champions 2019, but lost to Bliss and Cross. Rose and Deville then began a heated rivalry that culminated in a hair vs. hair match at SummerSlam 2020, which Rose won. The match was changed to a no disqualification match after Deville was attacked by a real-life stalker at her home. The stipulation was also changed to a loser leaves WWE match, which Rose also won. Deville then took a hiatus from WWE to deal with the legal issues of her stalker. Rose was drafted back to Raw as part of the 2020 WWE Draft. She formed a tag team with Dana Brooke and entered a feud with Lana and Natalya. They also competed in a dual-brand battle royal for a shot at the Raw Women's Championship at Survivor Series 2020, but were both eliminated by Bianca Belair. Rose and Brooke then joined Team Raw for the women's Survivor Series elimination match, along with Nia Jax, Shayna Baszler, and Lana. However, they were both attacked by Reckoning (Mia Yim) before the match and replaced by Lacey Evans and Peyton Royce. Rose and Brooke returned to action in December 2020 and resumed their feud with Reckoning and her faction Retribution. They also competed in a tag team turmoil match for a shot at the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship at WrestleMania 37, but were eliminated by The Riott Squad. Rose and Brooke then entered a feud with Charlotte Flair, who attacked them backstage. They also competed in another tag team turmoil match for a shot at the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship at WrestleMania Backlash 2021, but were eliminated by Natalya and Tamina.

Rose made a surprise return to NXT on August 31, 2021, where she confronted NXT Women's Champion Raquel González. She then dyed her hair brown and formed an alliance with Gigi Dolin and Jacy Jayne, who were previously known as Priscilla Kelly and Brandi Lauren. They dubbed themselves Toxic Attraction and attacked several women on NXT, such as Kacy Catanzaro, Kayden Carter, Sarray, Zoey Stark, Io Shirai, Ember Moon, Kay Lee Ray, and Frankie Monet. Rose then challenged González for the NXT Women's Championship at Halloween Havoc 2021. She defeated González after interference from Dolin and Jayne, who also won the NXT Women's Tag Team Championship from Shirai and Stark on the same night. This made Toxic Attraction the first faction to hold both women's titles in NXT history. Rose successfully defended her title against Ember Moon on November 16, 2021, after another interference from Dolin and Jayne. She then faced Roxanne Perez on December 13, 2021, who had won a number one contender's ladder match earlier that night. Rose retained her title after hitting Perez with a Bed of Roses on a steel chair. Rose was released from WWE on December 23, 2021, along with several other wrestlers due to budget cuts.

Her personal life

Rose is engaged to Tino Sabbatelli, a former WWE wrestler who currently works for All Elite Wrestling (AEW). They have been together since 2018 and announced their engagement in July 2021.

Mandy Rose workout and diet

Mandy works out five or six days per week, depending on her schedule, with each workout lasting about one and a half hours. She often combines heavy lifting and cardio out of necessity, but limits cardio sessions to 25 minutes. She typically tries to hit two muscle groups during workouts. On Mondays, she trains her legs and glutes. Tuesday is shoulders and triceps, then she focuses on back and biceps Wednesday. Thursday is occasionally a lighter day if she’s feeling sore in that case, she’ll skip strength and do cardio and core. Then on Friday or Saturday, she likes to add in another lower-body day to hit her glutes and either the fronts or backs of her legs. Her favorite body part to train is her lower body. She likes to do exercises such as squats, lunges, deadlifts, leg curls, leg extensions, and hip thrusts. She also does bodyweight exercises such as burpees, pull-ups, push-ups, and boxing. She also uses equipment such as battle ropes, rowing machines, and medicine balls. She eats a healthy and balanced diet that consists of lean protein, complex carbohydrates, healthy fats, and plenty of fruits and vegetables. She also drinks a lot of water and avoids processed foods and alcohol.

Mandy Rose on social media

She likes to post jaw-dropping photos and videos of herself on Instagram, where she has 2.9 million followers. She often shows off her fit physique, her glamorous outfits, and her fun moments with her friends and family. She also participates in viral challenges on TikTok, such as the Buss It Challenge, where she displayed her twerking skills.

Is Mandy Rose a diva?

Mandy Rose could be considered a diva in different ways, depending on one's perspective and opinion. She was a cast member of the reality TV show Total Divas, which follows the lives of female WWE Superstars. She has also been described as a diva by some of her fellow wrestlers and fans, who see her as arrogant, self-centered, and obsessed with her looks. She has also embraced the term diva as a way of expressing her confidence, charisma, and star quality. I think she is a diva. If you think different, tell us on comments!
