On the May 29 episode of her podcast "I Choose Me with Jennie Garth," the 52-year-old Beverly Hills, 90210 star opened up to certified therapist Adele House. They discussed her experiences with diet and body image. When asked why she focuses on nutrition and exercise, Garth shared her challenges.

"I've had a lot of mixed feelings with my diet and how I see my body," she stated. "Being in the public eye, there's always temptation to look a certain way, and others often criticize stuff they shouldn't."

Garth admitted feeling down about her appearance at times, making it hard to regain confidence.

"I've had times where I don't feel great about myself, where I feel lazy and not at my best," she said. "In the past, I had unhealthy eating habits, either for comfort or to cope with feelings. I believe many folks can relate. It's in those moments that I know I need to get back on track."

She stressed the importance of daily self-care and positive affirmations. "Every day is a chance to reset," she added. "How you want to feel, how you see yourself, and how you interact with others can all be reset each morning. For me, starting the day with positive thoughts and self-love makes a big difference."

Garth has been sharing her fitness journey on social media. In January, she posted a video on Instagram showing her working out with her daughter, Lola Ray Facinelli, 21. The video showed them doing various exercises, like resistance training and push-ups.

"It's been two weeks since I felt well enough to work out," she captioned the post. "After resting, getting back to the gym is even more challenging."

She reminded her followers of the value of relaxation while paying attention to their bodies. "It's okay to take a break sometimes," she stated. "I generally push myself hard, but it's important to allow your body to recover. This reminder is just as much for me as for you. Let's all take better care of ourselves."

(and that a man does not deserve but [ the reward of ] his own effort,....53:39) The summary of this verse is that just as no person shall carry the burden of sin of any other, so shall he benefit only from the good that he himself has done.

It is not the case that a person performs a righteous act instead of someone else, and the latter is absolved of his responsibility. For example, if a person performs the obligatory prayers and fasts on behalf of somebody else, the latter will not be absolved of his religious duties and obligations.
