What Happened?

The internet was abuzz after video of Kunle and his daughter Eyiyemi came out in which the two looked to be grinding on each other, and dancing very intimately. Immediately the video hit the internet, reactions were mixed. One person said "If we talk now….they will say we are not loved at home ….but this doesn’t looks appropriate 😒", another said "What is the difference between this dance and Omah Lay and the lady? Asking for a friend". Another person said: "It’s okay for father and daughter to show their love for each other while dancing . The only Pr0blem here is the way the dance is carried out. Her rubbing her backside to his front side while he holds her is a dance for couples, or potential couples. It doesn’t sit right with me. 🤷🏿‍♀️"

Here are some screengrabs from the video.

Well, now both Kunle Afolayan are talking about the incident and people's reaction to it - even though they're doing so quite cryptically.

Kunle Afolayan's Reaction

Taking to his social media, Kunle Afolayan uploaded a video compilation of himself from the night, including pictures with Eyiyemi, with the lyrics "Do I Look Like I Give a Fuck" by Phyno playing. He also captioned the video saying:

KUNLE AFOLAYAN: I am a King! I am a child of the most high!

You can only try👍🏾

Love surpasses everything 🫶🏾

Do I look like …

Eyiyemi's Reaction

Eyiyemi posting about the night also took to her social media where she wrote:

EYIYEMI: My love, My director, My friend, My guy, My father,My boyfriend @kunleafo well done but most importantly THANK YOU!

Some people feel like Eyiyemi calling her father her boyfriend is weird, and also some people think that Kunle Afolayan also saying he doesn't give a fuck also isn't the best response. But what do you think about all this?
