7 Nigerian Celebrities Clocking 30 This Year (2023)

30! It's a huge milestone for many people. It is a time when most people expect your 'adult' life to really start and as such, it comes with a huge responsibility and a lot of pressure. 30 has also been described as a monumental time by the people who have gone through it. It has also been described it as a time of wisdom, self-assuredness, and self-awareness, so there seems to be a lot to look forward to going into one's 30s.

Today, we will be counting down 7 Nigerian celebrities who this year will be making the transition into their 30s. Are you ready to see who they are? Then let's go!

Very popular Nigerian skitmaker, actor, musician, and media personality Samuel Perry popularly known to the world as Broda Shaggi is by far one of the most successful content creators in Nigeria. He is also one of the most recognizable faces, voice, and character in the country. For all that Broda Shaggi has accomplished, it is almost crazy to think that he is just this year finally turning 30. Broda Shaggi will be clocking 30 on the 6th of July this year.

2. Janemena

Nigerian dancer, social media influencer, media personality, and influencer Jane Usiwo popularly known as Janemena is a very popular Nigerian dancer most known for her twerking videos. She is also popular for being in some well publicized controversies. Janemena was reportedly born on the 3rd of April 1993 and as such, clocked 30 earlier this year.

3. Abayomi Alvin

Nollywood actor Abayomi Alvin who is popularly known for appearing on popular productions such as Shuga, Jenifa's Diary, Isoken, Kasanova, The Johnsons, and a host of other movies and TV series, is another actor who will this year be clocking 30 years old. Abayomi Alvin was born on the 20th of June, 1993 and will be clocking 30 come June this year.

4. Goya Menor

Nigerian musician Goya Menor who is most popularly known for his mega hit song "Ameno Amapiano (You Wanna Bamba)" is another Nigerian celebrity who will this year also clock 30 years old. Goya Menor's birthday is actually today, the 4th of May, and the musician is clocking 30 years old!

5. Chizzy Alichi

Nollywood actress Chigozie Alichi popularly known as Chizzy Alichi has starred in a number of Nollywood productions including Cry of a Witch, Idemili, Scars of a Mother, and more. Chizzy will on the 23rd of December this year also be celebrating her 30th birthday.

6. Kiddwaya

Big Brother Naija alumni Kiddwaya is another celebrity who turned 30 years old this year. The media personality celebrated his 30th birthday earlier this year on the 5th of March.

7. Mr. Macaroni

Adebowale Adedayo popularly known as Mr. Macaroni and also very popularly known for playing the character of Daddy Wa in skits and videos, is another celebrity who will be turning 30 this year. The very talented and outspoken actor celebrated his 30th birthday last year.
