Nigerian actress Regina Daniels is a Nollywood actress and model who started acting at the very young age of seven. Since then, she has gone on to star in a number of productions including Python Girl, Dumebi in School, Queen Rebeca, Hanging Coffin, The King and The Python, and more. While she is known for her acting, Regina Daniels really burst into national fame and landed on the cultural zeitgist when in 2019, she and much much older businessman, Ned Nwoko, started dating. Their relationship was heavily criticized and the subject of a lot of conversation, but as time has gone on, the two have gone on to not only get married, but also have 2 children.

Regina Daniels is no stranger to controversy and being in the limelight, but with her outfits, she doesn't tend to be a provocateur in the way a number of other celebrities are. Still, just because she doesn't seem to dress or post in order to shock or provoke does not mean that some of her outfits haven't caused a reaction out of people. Here are 5 times people felt so moved by Regina Daniel's clothes, that they brought her insults or caused trouble.

One.

When Regina Daniels posted on her social media, that she was wearing this outfit to go to church for worship, people were immediately enraged. A lot of people had a problem with Regina Daniels for wearing such an outfit with canvas shoe to go to church. One person said: "Pls which church admits this dressing?", another said "Try to change your style of dressing to befit your status. What you are wearing is horrible and please now you are a married woman your mother should teach you. Am disappointed she allows you to wear that thing with her church. Please upgrade your wardrobe", and these were just two of a lot of comments."

Two.

Another outfit that definitely got tongues wagging was the nightgown that Regina Daniels posed with and posted on her social media. It is a very short gown and in the pictures, you can see a little bit of her bum as well as some cleavage. As expected, people were quick with their words. Somebody said: "The wife of a senator dressing arrogantly what will you teach our girls now if your husband is truly elected as the senator Gosh".

Three.

Very similar to the picture above, Regina Daniels posted the picture above where she showed off a lot of thigh and some cleavage, and just like with the outfit above, people were quick to call her out for showing too much skin. One person said "cover your body please", while someone else said "why naked?" amidst more.

Four.

Photoshop and editing of pictures isn't something that's new, especially amongst celebs, but then sometimes people over-edit their pictures and that is a very quick way to bring insult. On this picture, Regina Daniels was heavily attacked as people accused her of editing her face and bum in the picture. People said, "Pure editing, we know how to do it. Body editing we know", while another said "Edited pic, look at the angle of the mirror", amidst more.

Five.

Finally, when Regina Daniels posted this picture not too long after giving birth, people were immediately quick with the dragging. People first of all accused her of dressing inappropriately for a wife and mother, and then people also dragged her saying that she is selling a lie by posting an old and edited picture of herself shortly after giving birth.

What do you think of these, and which do you think deserved the insults? Which do you think did not deserve it? Let me know your thoughts by leaving a comment either below or on my Jide Okonjo Facebook post.
