Popular Yoruba actor Murphy Afolabi sadly passed away on the 14th of May 2023, just days after celebrating his 49th birthday. According to reports, the actor died after a fatal fall in his home bathroom. May the soul of Murphy Afolabi rest in peace.

2. Favour Daniels

Favour Agiounim Daniels. the actress and comedian who gained her popularity through skits on social media, passed away at the very young age of 26 on February 5, 2023 in a reported boat accident. May the soul of Favour Daniels rest in peace.

Famous Nollywood actor, Chief Ojo Arowosafe, popularly known as Fadeyi Oloro was reported dead on the 7th of March, 2023. Nollywood actress Cynthia Okereke passed away on the 11th of July, 2023 at the age of 63. May the soul of Cynthia Okereke rest in peace.

6. Afeez Agoro

Afeez Agoro who was known popularly for being Nigeria’s tallest man died on the 14th of June, 2023. According to reports, the 7ft tall actor died after battling with chronic hip arthritis. Afeez Agoro passed away at age 48. May the soul of Afeez Agoro rest in peace.

7. Chikezie Uwazie

Nollywood actor Chikezie Uwazie died on May 14, 2o23 after reportedly undergoing brain surgery in the United States. May the soul of Chikezie Uwazie rest in peace.

8. Iyabo Oko

Nollywood actress Sidikat Odukanwi popularly known to the world as Iyabo Oko died on Wednesday, June 28, 2o23 after a long battle with an undisclosed ailment. She died at the age of 61. May the soul of Iyabo Oko rest in peace.

9. Don Brymo

Nollywood actor Brymo Uchegbu who was popularly known in the industry as Don Brymo, died on June 14, 2o23. The news of his death was made known to the public by Mr Mayor Ofoegbu, a movie director who took to social media to confirm the news of Don Brymo's passing. May the soul of Don Brymo rest in peace.

10. Cindy Amadi

Upcoming Nollywood actress, Cindy Amadi, who was best known for her role in the movie Ife died in September 2023. The producers of the movie, Ife, disclosed her demise in a statement on their Instagram page. May the soul of Cindy Amadi rest in peace.

11. Charles Granville

Nollywood actor and producer, Charles Granville, sadly passed away on September 21, 2023 after battling with a protracted illness. May the soul of Charles Granville rest in peace.

12. Saint Obi

Popular Nollywood actor Saint Obi passed away in May of 2023 and was laid to rest on August 18, 2023 in his hometown of Imo State. May the soul of Saint Obi rest in peace.

13. Mohbad

Nigerian rapper, Ilerioluwa Oladimeji, popularly known as Mohbad died at the young age of 27 on the 12th of September, 2023. May the soul of Mohbad rest in peace.
