Before Steve Jobs died in 2011 he commissioned the construction of a yacht called Venus which was thought to have cost around 100 Million Euro's.

super yacht designed by Philippe Starck's design company Ubik and built by Feadship with the yacht being unveiled a year after jobs died.

The very luxurious 256-foot-long super yacht is made of aluminum and steel, with sleek lines reminiscent of Apple’s products and features glass which was created by the same chief designer for the Apple Stores.

The super-yacht contains 6 bedrooms and features a communication system which allows contact from the front of the ship to the back.

The outside decks feature several relaxation areas and a large Jacuzzi at the front while at the back there is an area for loading and unloading some of the toys on-board.

This house could easily be considered one of the most technologically advanced in the world, and the price tag of $63 million dollars was not even enough to make its owner blink, who are we talking about... none other than the worlds richest man Bill Gates!

When you think of fast cars and Elon Musk, you think of car company Tesla, however some people don't know that Elon had another fast car, the McLaren F1 which he crashed while driving with PayPal Co-Founder Peter Thiel in the year 2000.

The 414 foot mega-yacht features two helicopter pads on the top deck, a twin pad and hangars at the stern and a single pad on the bow.

The yacht features a pool on one of its aft upper decks, 2 submarines, one of which can be controlled by remote control and the yacht can accommodate 21 guests in 41 suites.

Other features include a movie theater, basketball court and recording studio with the whole boat thought to have cost Allen around $200 Million dollars to build.

6. Mark Zuckerberg - Menlo Park Campus Building 20

If you have never been to Facebook's Headquarters then prepare to be amazed as while this amazing n part of its campus is still under construction, it is expected to be completed in 2021.

The 430,000-square-foot campus in California has a new centerpiece that has been designed by Frank Gehry and will be called the Willow Campus that it says is a mixed use mall.

The company have stated that the new expansion will include grocery store, a pharmacy and 1,500 housing units.
