Ghosts of the Waterways: The Eerie Mystery of Phi Nang Lum
Thailand is a nation profoundly saturated with otherworldliness, legends, and heavenly convictions. Among the numerous spooky stories that have woven themselves into the social texture of Thailand, one of the less popular yet interesting spirits is Phi Nang Lum — a phantom figure related with streams and water bodies. This phantom holds an especially disrupting place in Thai fables, with roots venturing profound into the past, frequently showing up as a wake up call or an otherworldly substance that keeps individuals careful about the risks of streams.

Whispers in the Dark
In the small, forgotten town of Hollow Creek, there was an old mansion that no one dared to enter. For decades, it stood at the edge of town, abandoned, its windows shattered and its walls covered in vines. They were thrill-seekers, always on the hunt for their next adventure.

Weeper's Ranch. Runner-up in Spooky Micro Challenge.
There was only one rule: Don’t open the door. Especially if the knocking stopped. Colby Jones was a wanderer, but when he heard how well the ranch job paid, he jumped at it like a cat with its tail a-fire. The tales that sent others away in droves had no effect on his determination. He expected to slip into the routine of work and rest as easily as a hand in a glove.

Heirloom
There was only one rule: don’t open the door. Well…that’s stupid, Alexander scoffed. Now, I gotta open it! He stood before the large door wrapped tightly in chains and partly covered in cinder blocks. No noises could be heard on the other side when he put his ear up to it --- only a dusty silence. Some of the cinder blocks had been pushed out from the door previously, perhaps by the fabled monster inside, but Alexander figured that was a prank pulled by other kids years ago.

The Forbidden Door. Content Warning.
There was only one rule: Don't open the door. Sarah wasn't one for sticking to rules, so she smashed the chain and entered the room anyway. She knew that it was wrong, but this room had been locked for many years, and she couldn't understand why she shouldn't enter it.
