Rocky the Serial Killer Story

It was a hot summer day in the city of Chicago, and the streets were filled with people going about their daily business. But beneath the surface of this seemingly normal city, a dark force was lurking. His name was Rocky, and he was a serial killer who had been terrorizing the city for the past year. No one knew what he looked like or where he lived, but everyone knew that if you were out on the streets alone at night, you were in danger.

He put together a team and set up a stakeout at the location where the woman had seen Rocky. They waited for hours, and just as Jack was about to call it a night, he saw a figure walking down the street. It was him.

They finally caught up with him in an abandoned building, and as they approached, they could see that Rocky was holding a young woman hostage.
