It starts with the djinn, 'cause they're the ultimate forms of the dissonants. There are dissonants and consonants of beings, basically bad or good, respectively.

There's Shaytan himself. There are the shaytans, who go around spreading their Whispers to incite others to do wrong. There are the iblises, who carry out orders. There are the marids, who give birth to the lower orders of dissonants. There are the succubi, who seduce men.

Vampires are when a djinn has been de-Sheened by a witch or a consonant has been bitten by a de-Sheened djinn.Vampires are firsts, tenths, seconds, thirds, fourths, fifths, sixths, sevenths, eighths, ninths. Firsts are the ultimate generation, also called Plutonian. They are only prone to shittim tree stakes or being bit by a dragon. Tenths are the lesser of that in that they're also prone to silver. Seconds were the beta generation that died out through lava. Thirds are the males and fourths are the females both to thirds and to fifths. Thirds are prone to eye contact with the sun. Fifths are Beared males. Sixths are daywalkers. Sevenths are Scorpioned into sexually sundering women (real, naturalborn, not femaled mids) into ninths. Eighths are the males and ninths are the females of Krakened/Spidered, which means they're constrained by love and by marriage. They can only sexually express themselves once one of those is fulfilled. Some are dissonant and give themselves over, and others are simply dissonated but still consonant as people.

Werewolves and Wendigos are the same bite/generation/sundering. They are made by a dissonant's being de-Sheened and beHeaded, or by a bite from one that has. Only consonants can evolve to lycans, which means to resist the moon-controlled change and to control it themselves. Werewolves and Wendigos are also prone to silver.

Lesbos was where the men were Boared. They were turned into wild boars because that was the only form they could take after having femaled mids taken out of them. A femaled mid is the product of a man's Lesbos sundering. She consists, initially, of his Head, Spine and mid-section. The men have to regain all of these astrally to complete themselves.

The Windy Bullshitters were the Beasting/Minotauring sunderers. They were Eaters and dissonant undead fae.

There is one other djinn generation: ghul. It's also a lammea. It is the original Eater strain. Other versions have come since, including the Bearing.

Undead fae are either dissonant as Pixies or consonants who've also been dissonated into undead fae. The dissonated ones were Fairies, but were sundered. The proneness to iron comes from their being ripped from their bodies. Of the undead fae, only liches can return to their own bodies, particularly if they're self-liched.

Self-liched is when one has brought oneself back on one's own. It's also called crow as opposed to raven. Ravens have not done so while crows have. It is also called the gift of the Fury according to Atlanteans.

The main Lords of the hells (each one has his own) are Samael, Mephistopheles, Satan, Lucifer. Samael is in charge of sin in general, particularly sexual. Mephistopheles is in charge of wrath and controlling that, particularly in the instance of being Beasted. Satan is in charge of logic and decent law. Lucifer just sits on his throne, bitching about how his father threw over the angels for the humans. He calls them "pitiful ephemera without wings." No dissonant is allowed on a Hell throne.

Hell is decent and Heaven is good and nice. Nice are the angiers, who simply do things around Heaven without ever going down to earth. Good are the Watchers, who do go down to earth to protect people from djinn. The Hell equivalent of a Watcher is a Hell Knight. The hells have needed them ever since the invasion of the dissonants, which created a Rift to earth from the Void.

The Void is where all the not yet resolved spirits go to wait to be Naturalized. Naturalized is when a spirit gets everything it went through during life and in its death explained to it. The Void Infection was the result of the Rift between there and earth.

Atlantis sunk just after I'd become its queen. I had to tether myself to it while everyone else escaped. My mother had been queen just before me.

The only good in the sea that consitently hunts bad is the Delphinian strain. It is the sea equivalent to the Slayer/Hunter strain.

The Slayer/Hunter strain is of a Resistant. A sixth is also a Resistant.
