Emma couldn't shake the feeling that she was being watched as she explored the old mansion. She began to notice strange occurrences, like doors opening and closing on their own, and strange noises coming from the attic. She knew that the ghost was trying to communicate with her, but she didn't know what she wanted.

One night, Emma had a dream that the ghost appeared to her. The young woman told Emma that she had been wrongfully accused and executed for a murder that she didn't commit. The real killer was still out there, and the ghost couldn't rest until the truth was revealed. Emma woke up feeling determined to uncover the truth and clear the ghost's name.

Emma spent the next few days researching the case and talking to people who knew her ancestors. She discovered that the real killer was a wealthy businessman who had used his influence to frame the young woman. Emma was furious and knew that she had to do something to expose the truth.

She decided to go to the local newspaper with her findings and ask for their help in exposing the truth. The newspaper agreed to publish her story and helped Emma gather more evidence. Emma felt like she was getting closer to solving the mystery and giving the ghost the closure she needed.

As Emma and the newspaper team were preparing to reveal the truth, Emma received a threatening letter. The letter was from the businessman's family who threatened to harm Emma if she didn't stop her investigation. Emma was shaken but she was determined to see it through.

The story was published and the truth finally came out. The businessman was arrested and the young woman's name was cleared. Emma felt a sense of relief and closure as she saw the ghost for the final time. The ghost was smiling and at peace, and Emma knew that she had finally laid her family's dark past to rest and given the ghost the closure she had been seeking.

However, Emma didn't stop here, she used her family's influence and wealth to give justice to the young woman who was wrongfully accused and executed. Emma erected a statue of the young woman in the center of the town, and a plaque which read "In memory of the young woman who was wrongfully accused and executed in the early 20th century. May her soul rest in peace" Emma felt proud that she was able to bring justice to the young woman and peace to her family's past.

Emma left the mansion, feeling a sense of closure and peace. She had uncovered the truth about her family's past, laid a ghost to rest, and brought justice to the young woman. Emma knew that she would never forget the 20th century girl who had haunted her ancestors for so long, but she was glad that she had finally been able to give her the peace she deserved.
