What they’re finding is shocking – “hidden scientific knowledge that may have been lost or ignored for centuries.” Let’s explore the fascinating and little-known science behind some of India’s most iconic temples. --- 1. Temple Architecture – A Symphony of Sound, Vibration, and Energy Unlike modern religious buildings, ancient Indian temples were not randomly constructed. Every aspect – from the direction they face to the materials used – followed strict rules laid down in ancient texts like the “Agama Shastra” and “Vastu Shastra”. a. Location and Earth’s Energy Grids Many temples were strategically built over areas with “high magnetic or geo-electric energy”, often referred to as ‘Earth’s energy grids’.
