Does Victoria see Audra coming or is she missing the signs of trouble?

On The Young and the Restless Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) believes she reigns supreme in Genoa City but there is someone who is not afraid to go toe to toe with her. Vicki's new hire Audra Charles (Zyleyka Silver) may soon give her a run for her money. Audra has shown herself to be a piece of work ever since she arrived in town and first set her sights on former boyfriend Noah Newman (Robert Gibson). She went out of her way to make Allie Nguyen (Kelsey Wang) jealous and even used a miscarriage to play on Noah's emotions.

Out of nowhere Charles abruptly dropped her desire to reconnect with her former boyfriend and suddenly it was revealed that she was friends with benefits with her then employer Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John). Audra never mentioned Noah or Allie again and set her sights on a different prize. She is out for herself and trying to keep both Tucker and Victoria feeling as if she is on their side. McCall seems to have figured her out and is simply playing along but it's not clear what Vicki is thinking.

Audra also is sending Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic )mixed signals and has figured out that something might be brewing between Nate and Vicki. She made it a point to suggest to Elena Dawson (Brytni Sarpy) that something might be happening between Victoria and Nate and has planted seeds of doubt in her mind. When Tucker asked if Charles were interested in her new boss she did not deny it.

Audra is no match for Victoria but she might give her a run for her money

Vicki is used to getting what she wants and she even recently said she always gets what she desires. She is determined to get McCall Unlimited as well as Nate in her bed but he turned down her offer to join her in her hotel room. It's not clear if the Newman CEO is on to her new hire or is missing the signals because she is so preoccupied. Once Audra lets her guard down and Victoria figures out she is playing games and also interested in Nate the two women might face off over the business deal and or their personal lives.

One thing The Young and the Restless viewers know is that Ms. Charles will never get the best of Victor Newman's (Eric Braeden) daughter in the long run. She will, however, give her a lot of grief. At one point it looked as if Audra might make waves with Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) over Tucker but now her attention is elsewhere. Nate taking a stand for his relationship with Elena may make him more appealing to both Victoria and Audra and he might find he is fighting each of them.

Is Nate really such a good catch that everyone wants him?

Lately, Elena looks tired and defeated and she might decide Nate is not worth it. Not long ago she was having issues with Imani Benedict (Leigh-Ann Rose who was determined that Nate would be her man. Imani disappeared without a trace just as quickly as Audra dropped Noah. This makes 3 women who are trying to take Nate away from Elena and she could become tired of fighting. Be on the lookout for The Young and the Restless spoilers and updates related to what happens next with Victoria a legacy character and Audra who is expendable. Things could become pretty interesting and may not go in the direction that fans are thinking.
