Best Reality Shows To Binge-watch

We all have times when we want to escape reality, just for a bit. I guess one of the 'healthiest' things to do at that time would be to binge-watch reality shows. Don't quote me on that, but really, what's better than watching episodes of bad decisions and drama to take your mind off your own issues, am-I-right? No? That's fine, I'm not bothered.

Moving on, these shows are shows that keep on giving. Literally. As soon as one show finishes, its spinoff starts. Believe me, these shows will get you hooked and have you hollering at the TV/computer/phone in no time. Actually, you might feel better about your own situation after watching these... or not (shrug).

Without further ado, here are three of the best reality TV shows to binge watch, in my opinion:

90 Day Fiance. The premise of the show is the exploration of the relationship between Americans and their foreign fiances who they bring into the USA with a K1 Visa, with the intention of being married within 90 days. Drama is not in short supply as can be expected. There are always families and friends who express sceptisicm of the relationship, the issue of culture shock and the eventual marriage (in spite of the odds). And, some of the spin offs have gracefully allowed us to see the beginnings of these relationships (90 Day Fiance - Before the 90 Days) and the eventual turbulent marriages or ends of the marriages (90 Day Fiance - Before the 90 Days; 90 Day Fiance - What Now?). I wonder what our lives would have been without these.

This show takes 'keeps on giving' to a whole new level, as there are still other spin offs like 90 Day Fiance - Pillow Talk and The Family Chantel. Who knows how many more we will get? I can't imagine there aren't more spin offs where these came from.

Below Deck. A look into the crew of yachts with the attendant drama that comes with work-place friction worsened by being 'trapped' in the yachts for weeks on end. There is the original Below Deck and two spin offs: Below Deck - Mediterranean and Below Deck - Sailing Yacht.

Growing Up Hip Hop. So, have you ever wondered how 'older' hip-hop celebrities' kids ended up? Me niether. But, the show makes good viewing for those who are interested in celebrity culture. I will say though, being a fan of closures, this show disappoints by always having abrupt, 'unclosed' season ends. There are also spin offs of this show - Growing Up Hip Hop: Atlanta and Growing Up Hip Hop: New York.
