Victor is up to his old tricks again

Next week on The Young and the Restless Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will cause problems because he continues to meddle in the lives of his children. Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) seems to be in a good place right now with her dad and Abby Chancellor (Melissa Ordway) seems to always be left out of the loop of the family business. Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) however are in their father's line of fire and will soon feel the wrath of the master puppeteer in Genoa City.

Last week Victor called Jill Abbott Atkinson ( Jess Walton) and told her about Sally Spectra's (Courtney Hope) sordid past and Jill later canceled a meeting she had scheduled with Sally. Next week, Nick is going to be furious after Sally tells him that Jill backed out on her and he will go straight to his dad. The same old scenario plays out when Nick demands his father tell him if he sabotaged Sally's career but Victor will admit to nothing. Nick already knows what his father is capable of and he knows he will not get a straight answer and yet he goes through the motions anyway.

Sally is on the hit list

Sally is pregnant and Nicholas will not want his father's manipulation to cause her problems even though he will not admit anything to Victor. If Victor gets wind of the fact that Sally is not sure who the father of her unborn child is he might meddle in her affairs. Perhaps he would soften up to the woman who is bringing another Newman into the fold or he might send Sally packing far away from Genoa City.

Summer will be furious with Kyle

Meanwhile, Summer Newman (Alison Lanier) is worried that her grandfather is going to get Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) in trouble with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman). Kyle is secretly spying on Adam for Victor and has ignored his wife's warnings. Next week Kyle will have someone at Jabot bring him records so he can see what Adam has been up to and he will find that Adam has not been doing a stellar job. Adam's work has been mediocre when compared to his previous track record and Kyle will call him on the carpet for it.

Kyle will also give the information to Victor who will naturally use it in an attempt to lure his son back to Newman Enterprises. Jack has been preoccupied with Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) and there have been no scenes where he and Adam have been working together or discussing Jabot business. Eventually, Summer and Jack will find out what Victor and Kyle have been up to and this will cause a lot of friction.

Victor will cause problems in several relationships

Skyle's relationship is already hitting a rough spot because of Diane and Summer has made it clear she does not want Kyle in cahoots with her grandfather so this will be huge. Adam is not going to take what Kyle and Victor are trying to do to him without a fight and Nick is determined to stand by Sally and not allow his dad to bully her. Eventually, Nick and Adam will be at odds because Sally will have to get a DNA test and The Young and the Restless fans are hoping Chloe Fisher (Elizabeth Hendrickson) won't switch the results.

Victor's butting into Jabot business will cause problems with Jack and their r feud might start up again. Even if he keeps his hands clean Adam knows his father and Kyle have been plotting together and he will sing like a bird. The Young and the Restless spoilers tease that Victor could be the cause of Summer walking away from Kyle and he has no guarantee that Adam will return to the fold so stay tuned.
