The walls are closing in on Nikolas Cassadine

On General Hospital Nikolas Cassadine is finding out that there are some situations his money and family name have no control over. Things are about to get much worse for the dark prince as the walls close in on him in every direction. On Friday it was revealed that one of Ryan Chamberlain's letters that were being sent out was to Spencer. Viewers have long suspected that the serial killer and Ava's stepson may have been in contact.

On Monday Nikolas read the correspondence and told Alexis he suspects his son is the hands and legs acting out Ryan's will. Nik went to the pool to confront his son and spoilers say on Tuesday Spencer will pretend he is innocent, Nikolas will back off for now but that's no guarantee that he will not still try to piece together his son's activities prior to showing up in Port Charles.

Nikolas will be torn between his love for his estranged wife and his son. Should he find proof positive that Spencer is the one who terrorized Ava what will he do. Will he confront his son and put him out so that his wife will come home? Perhaps he might go through with the divorce and attempt to mend fences with Spencer. Whatever he decides he could lose one of the people he loves most in the world.

Spencer is planning a big bash at Wyndemere while his father is out of town. GENERAL HOSPITAL spoilers and viewers have been saying that nothing good will come from this party and are expecting the night to be filled with surprises. Nikolas will be shocked. disappointed, and angry to find out how devious his son has been, especially if someone is hurt during the gathering at the Cassadine property.

In addition to reeling from the possibility that his son is obviously very troubled and vindictive, Prince Nik is wondering how to defuse the Hayden situation. Last week Hayden's mother showed up in Port Charles demanding to see her granddaughter Violet. Ever since Shawn Butler connected with Alexis in Pentonville he has had Hayden on his mind. Liz heard Nikolas confess to having her sister shot but he has now changed his story and is trying to cover his tracks.

Sean and Sam visited Hayden's mom on Monday but did not get much out of her. After they left a tall man whose face was not shown was talking to Naomi and when Sam and Sean returned it appeared Violet's grandma had been accosted in some manner. Sean is working with Sam to try to find the real shooter and Nikolas does not desire the trail to lead back to him.

This secret remained buried for so long that some GENERAL HOSPITAL viewers are wondering if it is really going to come to light at this time. Everyone is wondering where Hayden has been and why she has not tried to contact her daughter? Spoilers tease that Rebecca Budig might be on her way back to Port Charles but there have been no confirmed reports that the actress will return to the ABC soap. If her mother is hurt or even dead will this be enough to bring Haden back to town?

Nikolas is miserable without Ava whom he truly loves but in the end, will he choose her over his son? If Spencer has been taking his cues from Ryan the master of manipulation he could guilt his dad into siding with him and hiding his crime. The boots that Spencer wore that are covered in the fake blood are still out there somewhere and will surely come to light. Nikolas will now be trying to hide his own crime as well as the one his son committed.

Fans want to see kevin and not Ryan

There is also the possibility that Spencer might be prosecuted for his actions. Ava will be so angry that she would want him to pay dearly for frightening he and putting her young daughter in harm's way. In the meantime, GENERAL HOSPITAL seems to be laying the groundwork for some type of Ryan revelation and everyone knows he has not gotten over his obsession with Ms. Jerome/Cassadine. Many viewers have been saying they wish Ryan were gone and that Jon Lindstrom would show up more often as Kevin. Perhaps Nikolas could use his stepfather right now with all of the trials he is about to endure.

Will Nikolas forgive Spencer or banish him when he finds out what he has been up to? What is really going on in Ryan's mind and is he using Spencer to drive a wedge between Nava? Is Hayden returning to Port Charles and will she be able to clear Shawn's name or will she play more games and only look out for herself?

Is Nikolas going to be revealed as paying someone to shoot Hayden or will it continue to be hidden? When this is all out in the open will Ava and Nikolas continue to stand by each other or will it be too much and lead to divorce?
