This is a BTS Fanfiction Story that is completely fiction and while the characters share names with BTS Members, none of the story reflects on them as people and is clearly for entertainment purposes only.

(Author's Note - Hey guys bare with me, I know it's a slow start but it gets better I promise :D Hang in there with me and thanks for reading :D)

Taehyung smiled at his friend as he went on and on about the show. He waited for Jimin to unlock the door and they walked to the back of his house as Jimin pushed his room door open, kicked off his shoes and jumped on the bed.

"Do you want to see some of it!? I have a whole solo, I'm so excited. Now that I'm a senior, I've been able to really shine in the lime light. This is like my fifth solo just this year." He says smiling wide

Taehyung grinned nodding as he sat on the bed, "Yeah show me."

Jimin jumped up and turned to face Tae as he sat on his bed leaning back on his elbows. He nodded at him, letting him know he had his full attention and he grinned and began moving. Tae was impressed he remembered the choreography without the music, but Jimin was good like that. He remembered by counts and memorized it no matter what point in the song it was at. He picked up choreography extremely fast, Taehyung had always wondered how he was so speedy in that way with such an exceptional memory. Then not only to remember everything but to execute the moves so elegantly. Taehyung watched him as he moved in front of him so light on his feet and gracefully moved across the floor. Taehyung watched impressed as Jimin always looked like an angel when he danced. Taehyung was captivated and just watched his every move. He wasn't aware of any particular look on his face until Jimin stopped moving and started laughing shyly as Jimin sort of folded into himself with his cute soft laughter. Taehyung grinned.

"What happened?" Taehyung asked pulled out of the dance from Jimin's abrupt stopping.

"Why are you looking at me like that? It's not perfected yet. I'm still working on it." He said, feeling insecure

Taehyung chuckled a bit, "I don't know what I was looking like but it looked amazing. I was really into it, you always grab my attention like that when you dance."

Jimin giggled and turned a bright red, "Oh, thank you." Jimin said sitting at his computer desk rubbing his hair back, only to let it flip back forward. Taehyung just smiled at him glad he was feeling better.

"Make sure you send me all the details for the show. I'll be sure to be there." He says with a smile and starts to get up as Jimin promised he would.

"I've got to get going. I promised Ju...uh Yoongi and Hobi I'd meet them later." He said not wanting to upset Jimin again by mentioning Jungkook's name.

Jimin nodded and they fived each other. "I'll see you tomorrow."

Taehyung nodded and disappeared leaving Jimin in his room alone. He walked down the road passing his house. He and Jimin lived on the same street, just a few houses down from each other. He glanced at his house seeing the lights on and figured his mom had gotten home from work. He pulled out his phone and texted his mom letting him know he was headed to Jungkook's house and would be home a little after dinner. She answered with an "Ok hun" and a smiley face. He stuffed his phone in his pocket and walked out of his neighborhood nearly coming up to the school but turned going into another neighbor to find Jungkook's house. He walked up the steps leading to his house and knocked.

As soon as the door opened, Taehyung's face flushed with anger and he shoved him so hard he stumbled backwards almost tripping over his own feet. Jungkook looked at him pissed.

"What the fuck, Tae?" He asked with his arms up, but he was more confused than angry.

"I found Jimin in the bathroom, what the fuck is wrong with you Jungkook!?" Hobi came to the front door looking alarmed as he heard yelling.

"What's going on?"

"Jungkook's been bullying Jimin. And he knows that's my best friend from grade school."

Hobi looked at Jungkook shocked and disappointed. "Why Jungkook?"

Jungkook rolled his eyes, "It's not my fault he's a little weakling, he's practically a girl."

Taehyung dove at him with a punch sending the two guys crashing towards the floor. Taehyung sent punches to his face over and over and Jungkook covered his face and kicked Tae off. Tae hit the wall hard and groaned feeling the pain down to his bones from the impact.

"You really wanna fight over that fag?!"

Taehyung's face was red as he came for him again, "Don't call him that!"

Jungkook was ready for him this time though and braced for his bodyweight and used his own speed and momentum to roll them over and kicked him over his head. Tae went slamming into the wall again. Hobi sighed hating seeing his friends fight. Taehyung gasped as the wall knocked the wind out of him. Jungkook kicked upward and planted his feet on he floor again facing Taehyung calmly. He frowned at him as Tae got up slowly.

"Why are you so mad? Do you like him or something?" Jungkook asked

"Do you!? Why are you targeting him?" Tae didn't run at him again, he stood against the wall trying to deal with the pain that was pulsing through his body

Jungkook just stood there staring at him, "I don't wanna hurt you, Tae." He said simply as Taehyung got ready to come for him again.

"But you wanna hurt Jimin!? Who wouldn't hurt a fly, who is as gentle as can be. What the hell is wrong with you Jungkook, really?"

"Weaklings piss me off." He said after a moment of thinking and Hobi looked at him as if trying to read him.

"He's not weak! Why do you keep saying he's weak. Because he chooses to dance? Really? Surely you're not that close minded and homophobic. Like Straight guys dance Jungkook, straight guys can be gentle, straight guys can be sweet. Stop being like that!"

Taehyung groaned and slide down the wall as his body ached. Hobi sighed and convinced everyone to move to the living room and sit down and cool off.

"Jungkook you know Jimin is Tae's long time friend. If you don't want to hurt him, you wouldn't hurt someone close to him. What is it that makes you hate the kid so?" Hobi asked, genuinely curious.

Jungkook just looked up at him from the couch and rolled his eyes rubbing his chin. Tae had got a few good licks in before he'd kicked him off. Caught off guard or not, he'd let him have those hits. If it was anybody else he would have murdered them.

Taehyung sighed still very upset. Jungkook hated seeing his friend so mad. It definitely wasn't his goal. His eyes looked over his best friend and watched the way his chest rose and fell with his angry panting. His hair was matted all over his face. He'd gotten so tired from just their little squabble. Tae really needed to work out. Jungkook could take him down so easily, his stamina was horrid. He couldn't help the slight chuckle that escaped his lips as he assessed Tae's current state.

"It's funny to you!?" Tae yelled.

Jungkook grinned and shook his head, "No, it's not funny Tae. Please calm down. What do you want me to say, I'm sorry? I won't do it again?"

Tae gave him a "duh" look, "That would be great!"

Jungkook chuckled again making Tae's anger boil up inside of him. He raised his hands feeling his rage from the couch, "Calm down alright before you have a heart attack. I'll leave him alone. Scout's honor." He says smiling showing two fingers.

Taehyung watched him, reading his face to try and see if he was being sincere. Jungkook smirked intrigued with Tae studying his face so closely. "I mean it. Honest, I'll leave him alone from now on. I didn't know you'd get so mad. Which still annoys me, but whatever. You don't even get that mad when I hit Hobi. He's also very sweet."

Hobi blushed a bit, "That's true! Jungkook hit me this morning, you didn't try to defend my honor! My feelings are hurt now." Hobi pouts jokingly, lightening up the mood.

Taehyung smirked shrugging, "I know JK wouldn't really hurt you. But I found Jimin in the bathroom crying his eyes out. That's just not cool man." Tae said, his voice hurt as he remembered the site.

Jungkook actually felt bad, not for being cruel to Jimin, but for putting that look on Tae's face. He cared about Taehyung a lot, they'd truly bonded from that first day before school when he'd convinced him to try out for the basketball team. Now four years later they were seniors together and it always annoyed him how he would run off to check on Jimin. Or would go to Jimin's house instead of his. The feelings of anger and jealousy really grew this year though. Seeing Taehyung with him, he didn't understand it but it sent so much pain and hatred through his veins. He sighed rubbing his face and got up to get a soda out of the fridge tossing one to Tae who caught it with quick reflexes. It's what made him so good at basketball. Jungkook grinned as the two of them were the best basketball players on the team and when they worked together magic happened on the courts. Tae just tossed his soda to Hobi with a gentle underhand throw and Hobi caught it with a smile.

"You still mad at me?" Jungkook asked

Tae nodded, "A little bit, yeah."

"What can I do to make it up to you?" He asked cracking his soda open

Taehyung looked at him and Jungkook took a sip and tilted his head meeting his eyes

"Jimin has a dance show this Friday. He's really excited about it and he would be really thrilled if he saw us all there supporting him. You know me bringing my friends to see his show and all. You should come and then apologize to him after the show."

Jungkook sighed not liking the idea of watching the kid dance like a ballerina, "Yeah ok." He said after some thought. "Don't expect us all to be friends. He's weird and a loner."

Tae looked at him and Jungkook rolled his eyes and took another swig of his soda, "I said I'll do it, stop looking at me like that. I don't have to like it."

Hobi just shook his head at his friend, he could be so cold sometimes. It was a wonder he and Tae put up with him.

"Where's Yoongie? Is he still here?"

Hobi smirked and nodded, "Yeah he fell asleep on your bed. I don't know how he sleeps through all this commotion." Jungkook shrugged and finished the last of his soda turning it all the way upside down over his mouth to get the last drop. He squeezed it when he was done shaking any last drops out and burped really loudly. Hobi laughed and Tae smirked rolling his eyes.

"You're disgusting."

"You love it tho." He said, moving to Tae and burped in his face making him laugh and push him back.

***********

Friday Morning Jimin sat up so fast he actually saw stars and had to lay back down. He chuckled and gave himself a minute then jumped out of bed.

"Today's the show!" He squealed pulling out his black jeans with holes sliced along the knees and shins and a yellow shirt that fit him loosely. He pulled out his black shoes and threw them on the ground beneath his clothes that were lain out on the bed. "Today's the show."

He sang it to himself over and over as he went to take a shower . When he got out the shower and got dressed he checked his phone and saw Tae's message, "Break a Leg at the show today. I'll be there cheering you on!" Jimin giggled and sent a bunch of happy and dancing emojis in response. The show was after school, but they would be practicing during class and during lunch. Jimin hardly took his lunch, he would grab his food and eat in the theater between breaks. He really had a type A personality, wanting to perfect his craft. It was one of the reasons he was at the top of his class and one of the best Senior Dancers.

As Taehyung walked Jimin to the front of the school, he waved and ran off. Taehyung smiled and waved back. Jungkook watched him and rolled his eyes a bit but didn't respond. Jimin ran fast running up the stairs to the classroom above the theater. They practiced all day, Jimin perfecting it as he had been doing the whole week. He still didn't know why Tae didn't want to at least do acting. But he'd decided to not mention it again and just let Tae do what he felt like doing. Jimin hated having to leave for first period when the warning bell rang out. He grabbed his things nodding to his fellow dancers as he sprinted down the hall. It was quiet and almost empty as there were only a couple of minutes before the tardy bell rang. He saw Jungkook walking with Hobi and he froze panicking slightly. Jungkook didn't even look his way though, he kept talking with Hobi and passed him. He let out a breath he hadn't realized he was holding and smiled hurrying off to English. Hobi came in a minute after him just as the bell was ringing. He smiled a bright smile at him that Jimin had to smile back at. He sat down and leaned over to him.

"Don't you have a dance show today?"

Jimin widened his eyes shocked he knew he was in dance or even about the show. He just nods and Hobi smiles and gave him a little nod*

"Cool, have a great show then."

Jimin smiled and thanked him and pulled out his notepad all eager to learn and in great spirits.

The day went smoothly; as usual he didn't see much of Taehyung at school but he was too focused on the show as the day neared its end to give it much thought. That and he was used to it.

"Fuck!" Taehyung shouted abruptly in his class.

Yoongie chuckled from Tae's outburst in their last class of the day.

"Kim Taehyung!" Ms. Gee exclaimed in shock. "Language!"

Tae looked up a bit shocked too since he hadn't meant to say that out loud, "Oh, I'm sorry Ms. Gee. I'm really sorry." He said bowing his head and flushing a bit.

Yoongie looked over at him with question in his eyes and Tae glanced up at the teacher slightly. When she turned back to the board, Tae leaned over to Yoongie who leaned in to hear him.

"Coach just sent a group text that we're having practice after school." Tae whispered

Yoongie pouted as he was excited about their week off the Coach had promised. Yoongie hated working out and the coach loved to make them do Suicides which were exhausting and bleacher sprints and anything to try and make them throw up. At least that's how it felt to Yoongie. He groaned hearing the news but Tae looked at him in a panic.

"Jimin's show is after school! I promised him I'd be there and Jungkook said he would come." Taehyung whispered loudly.

Yoongie shrugs, "I think the show is around 5 though, practice is usually right after school like 3:30."

Tae sighed and slid his hand down his face tired. Practice could last up to three hours sometimes. And not only that everyone was usually so exhausted they all went straight home. Yoongie watched him and smiled.

"It'll be alright, we'll all still go. If practice isn't over by the time the show starts we'll just sneak out."

Tae looked at him with a bored face, "sneak out? Yoongie have you met the coach? Sneak out hooow? Me and Jungkook are his best players he's gonna know we're missing!"

Yoongie grinned nodding, "True, but just don't stress. we'll make it. I'll act sick or something and call you guys phone and you can say you got an emergency. It'll be fine."

Tae sighed and nodded sitting back but he was worried. Convincing Jungkook to come and sit through a dance show right after practice was going to be hard. He was extra grumpy after practice. Extra grumpy, he usually pinned innocent team members and wrestled them down for little to no reason other than to prove he could.

As the bell rang Tae heard his phone chime and checked it seeing Jungkook's text, "PRACTICE TODAY!" He sighed and stuffed his phone in his pocket swinging his back pack on and Yoongie grabbed his stuff lazily and they walked out class together.

"Jungkook, Jimin's dance show starts at 5."

"Psh dance show? You still expect me go to that when we have practice. You've gotta be kidding me."

Tae shrugged, "You promised me."

Jungkook looked at him as he literally looked down and pouted. He smacked his arm as if trying to smack that look off his face, he didn't like it. "Alright, whatever we'll all go. Just come on, I am not doing extra laps for being late."

Jungkook speeds off to the gym and Tae smiles looking down the hall as Hobi runs. Tae chuckles feeling better as it was easier than he thought to convince Jungkook to come. They all hurried to the gym making it in the locker room a little bit before the bell rang.

Jimin's heart was racing as the bell rang and everyone helped stage crew get set up and the dancers got in their Costumes. There wasn't much of a costume change, other than a light transparent white long dress shirt that moved around him loosely to enhance his movements. He was barefoot as he ran across the stage testing his lines and spins.

"Looking great Jimin!" The teacher complimented him.

Jimin smiled and thanked her and even grabbed the attention of several fellow dancers. The underclassman in the class adored and looked up to Jimin. He simply moved like an angel, quick, light and skilled on his feet. He looked out in the audience and smiled. He knew the show wasn't for another two hours but he was really happy Tae would be coming. He knew Tae always tried to support him when he could, but often his sports schedule conflicted with anything they had planned.

"Alright everyone, lets take our places, we're gonna run this through. Lights, music, places, we're gonna run this like the show. So let's get into position, on marks lets go!"

The teacher announced and already the lights were going down and curtains closing. Jimin stretched easily and did a few practice spins before getting on his mark.
