‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ may have several plot twists

On The Bold and the Beautiful, Zoe Buckingham is playing both sides against the middle. She is suppose to be helping Liam and Steffy find out if Thomas has truly changed but also is falling in love with him. None of this makes sense because Zoe knows the Forrester heir is responsible for Emma Barber’s death and she had been frightened of Steffy’s brother. Thomas threatened her into silence by saying she could meet the same fate as Emma. Now Zoe and Thomas are dating and have spent the night together. Spoiler alerts are teasing that she might be pregnant and if true, everything will hit the fan.

Last week Thomas gave Liam the impression that he is still after Hope and also waiting to see Liam crash and burn. If Thomas is not really trying to get over Hope, then a baby with Zoe would only get in the way. He could revert to his evil persona and both mother and child could disappear. There is also the possibility that Thomas would use the pregnancy to make Hope jealous. A third outcome bwould be that he is happy to find out he will be a father again and forget his obsession with Hope. This is a situation that keeps viewers guessing and it will not be resolved anytime soon.

On Thursday Ridge tried again to get Brooke to meet him halfway and save their marriage. She refused and continued to insist that Thomas needs mental health services. She told her estranged spouse that she does not believe that his son had reformed and that he is only using Zoe. Ridge said that Thomas is doing his best to get over Hope and is moving on with Zoe. It’s obvious these two will never agree where Taylor’s son is concerned.

Although Liam and Steffy seem skeptical, Hope is slowly accepting that Thomas is no longer obsessed with her. Zoe is in between the rock and the hard place where things will more than likely not go well for her. If she is with child, she may be left out in the cold should Thomas declare he lives Hope. If he ever finds out she was working with Liam and Steffy, things will not go well for her at all. Viewers do not believe the Forrester heir has really turned over a new leaf. Many B&B fans are eagerly waiting for the other shoe to drop.

In addition to confirming his position to Liam, Thomas also let his guard down with Shauna. So far she has not pushed herself on Ridge as his son has suggested she should. Ridge and Brooke still admit they love each other but neither will stand down on their position where Thomas is concerned.

Bradley Bell is the executive producer of The Bold and the Beautiful and he teased about something interesting in an interview with Daily Soap Dish. Bell suggested that Hope may begin to see Douglas’s father as a better catch than Liam, but Thomas may develop real feelings for Zoe. This sounds like fans should expect this love triangle to go on for almost as long as the baby switch saga.

February sweeps are coming so Brad Bell naturally has something up his sleeve. Many viewers don’t like the fact that Thomas got away with Emma’s murder and Dollar Bill and Justin were kept on the sidelines of the situation. On Friday, Bill Spencer said he had his eye on the father of his late niece Caroline’s son. Everything is up in the air and there are no certainties at this time but fans of The Bold and the Beautiful should prepare themselves for the plot twists that are sure to come.

Will “Bridge” work it out or will Ridge give up and give in to Shauna? Will Hope leave Liam to create a family with Douglas and his dad or will Thomas choose Zoe? Does Ms. Buckingham have a little Firrester bun in her oven and if so will she be left to raise her child alone?
