Review of ‘Prelude for Lost Souls’ (Prelude for Lost Souls #1)
Synopsis For readers of Nova Ren Suma, Maggie Steifvater, and Maureen Johnson comes a spellbinding tale about choosing your own path, the families we create for ourselves, and facing the ghosts of your past. In the town of St. Hilaire, most make their living by talking to the dead. In the summer, the town gates open to tourists seeking answers while all activity is controlled by The Guild, a sinister ruling body that sees everything. Dec Hampton has lived there his entire life, but ever since his parents died, he's been done with it. He knows he has to leave before anyone has a chance to stop him. His best friend Russ won't be surprised when Dec leaves--but he will be heartbroken. Russ is a good medium, maybe even a great one. He's made sacrifices for his gift and will do whatever he can to gain entry to The Guild, even embracing dark forces and contacting the most elusive ghost in town. But when the train of Annie Krylova, the piano prodigy whose music has been Dec's main source of solace, breaks down outside of town, it sets off an unexpected chain of events. And in St. Hilaire, there are no such things as coincidences.

Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe by Benjamin Alire Saenz
It’s been a very long time since I first read this book and well, I first discovered by via someone who was drawing pictures of the characters online. I was about seventeen at this point, maybe pushing eighteen when I found these cartoons online of these characters. When I first found and read the book at first, I was fairly unimpressed but as I got into it, the book got more and more intense. It became more and more emotional, by the end I was crying. It was one of the most beautiful books I’d ever read and it was a YA Novel. It completely changed my mind about YA. It made me believe that YA Novels could be as emotionally sophisticated as classic novels and that they could be honestly some of the greatest books you’ve ever read.

My Review of "The F**k It List"
The F**k It List is definitely a movie geared toward young adults. It makes me wonder how far the youth actually absorb these types of messages today since we see it all the time. I understand that it's a great message to youth but I feel that it's a somewhat one sided opinion on how people should conduct themselves in daily life.

‘Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga’ is Mostly a Waste of Its Talented Parts
The story of the underdog is one of the oldest stories in human history. It has inspired countless people over the generations to go for what they want, despite the obstacles that stand in their way. But the problem with this narrative is that it is too common. For a film with this basic story to succeed, it has to stand out from the pack. Enter Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga, which premiered on Netflix on June 26th. Part absurdist comedy and part inspirational drama, this movie combines two completely different dramas into a semi-new narrative, though it rarely succeeds.

Review - Hamilton on Disney +. Top Story - July 2020.
Oh my word! This is the most excited I've been for a film release since the midnight showing of "Avengers: Endgame" last year in my local IMAX. I'm a massive fan of the stage musical, to the point where I've seen it twice in London's West End and once on Broadway - after waiting over 8 hours outside the Richard Rodgers Theatre in the cancellation queue. The favourite cast I've seen to date is the first run from London, but I've always wished I could have seen the original from Broadway with writer and creator Lin-Manuel Miranda starring as the lead; and now I can.

Blood Heir: A Controversy
The Blood Heir is the first installment in a yet to be announced trilogy recently released by Amelie Wen Zhao. It follows a disgraced and betrayed princess named Ana as she travels her kingdom trying to find her fathers murdered and clear her name of the crime. But Ana carries a deadly secret in the form of an "affinity" or power over blood. Ana begrudgingly teams up with an infamous con man named Ramson Quicktongue. The two's fate seems intertwined as they end up finding their way back to each other over and over throughout the book. And yes, they definitely are love interests.

My Review of "Eurovision Song Contest: The Story of Fire Saga"
Eurovision Song contest: The Story of Fire Saga is a huge title for basically a run of the mill Will Farrell movie. You'll see a ton of the usual Will Farrell tropes in this movie and that isn't a bad thing especially if you're a fan of his movies like I am. Will Farrell hasn't had a big movie for a little while so it was kind of a pleasant surprise to see this movie come out of nowhere exclusively on Netflix.

My Review of "Zodiac"
Zodiac came out back in 2007 and I can't believe I didn't see this movie until now. This was one heck of a movie not just because the events of the movie are terribly fascinating but because it explores the lives of those that get trapped in the events. The movie was made so well that I would direct people to this movie to show them how to build intrigue to a movie.
