Until Dawn
Sometime last year, long before we knew the film was happening, my husband had me play Until Dawn. Now as someone who isn’t an avid gamer (I’ve got a few hundred hours of Baldur’s Gate 3 and Dreamlight Valley clocked but that’s about it), I loved it. I loved the story and I had a great time, then we saw the trailer for the movie annnnnd, I didn’t have a lot of hope.

Thunderbolts
When the cast of characters for Thunderbolts was first announced I was immediately skeptical because I truly hate when things happen off screen. And John Walker did not do enough by the end of Falcon and the Winter Soldier for Bucky to just be chill being on a team with him. So I definitely went into this movie with some reservations. The internet raved about it, but the general public is so often wrong, especially when it comes to comic book movies that it did nothing to ease my concerns.

Honey, Don't!
I have taken my gummies for the evening but I still have to do a review so here we are. You are getting my unfiltered stream of consciousness thoughts on Honey, Don't! I felt like this was a good choice to watch while high and boy was I correct. So be careful of sentences that aren’t real sentences. Please remember that I am intoxicated with the devil's grass.

The Beast In Me (2025) TV Series - A Spoilers-Free Review As a fan of both Homeland (2011) and The Americans (2013) TV series, when I saw Claire Danes and Matthew Rhys starring in what appeared to be a limited series on Netflix, I wasted no time jumping on the remote and binge-watching all eight episodes in a single day.

Six 100-Word Movie Reviews
My Oxford Year (2025), Director: Iain Morris I was going to write off My Oxford Year as your average romance film with predictable themes and characters. You can’t base your thoughts on a movie in the first half. This is the second Sofia Carson movie to come out this year. Carson and Corey Mylchreast create a heartfelt relationship. Illness in relationships isn’t focused on enough in movies. I did not expect the film to take that angle. Relationships are not all fairytale lovey-dovey moments. Learning to handle illness is an essential lesson. My Oxford Year is a bittersweet romance about making decisions to live your best life.

Renaissance Clothing
There’s something undeniably enchanting about renaissance clothing. Maybe it’s the drama of flowing sleeves, the richness of velvet and brocade, or the little fantasy escape it gives us from today’s fast-moving world. Whatever the reason, the Renaissance era’s fashion refuses to fade — and honestly, we’re not complaining.

Wuthering Heights (2026) Cast Guide: Full List of Confirmed Actors The 2026 film adaptation of Wuthering Heights, produced by Warner Bros. Pictures, is bringing Emily Brontë’s classic story back to the big screen with a fresh, talented cast. The original novel, published in 1847, remains one of the most well-known love tragedies in English literature, and this new movie aims to introduce the story to a modern audience while staying true to its emotional depth. The cast includes award-winning performers, rising talents, and familiar faces from film and television. Below is a complete guide to the confirmed actors and the characters they are bringing to life. Margot Robbie as Catherine Earnshaw Margot Robbie stars as Catherine Earnshaw, one of the central characters of the story. Catherine—often called Cathy—is a passionate and strong-willed young woman who forms a deep bond with Heathcliff, a boy brought into her home as a child. Their intense connection becomes the heart of the story. Margot Robbie is known for her performances in major films such as The Wolf of Wall Street, I, Tonya, Mary Queen of Scots, and Barbie. Her ability to portray layered, emotional characters makes her a strong choice for Catherine. Charlotte Mellington as Young Catherine Newcomer Charlotte Mellington plays young Catherine. This movie marks her first major film role. Jacob Elordi as Heathcliff Jacob Elordi plays Heathcliff, one of literature’s most complex characters. Heathcliff begins life as a quiet, sensitive child, but his experiences shape him into a troubled and intense adult. His relationship with Catherine is powerful, emotional, and central to the entire story. Jacob Elordi has been seen in major film and streaming roles, including his recent appearance in Netflix’s Frankenstein. Owen Cooper as Young Heathcliff Owen Cooper, known for his award-winning work in Adolescence, plays the younger version of Heathcliff. Hong Chau as Nelly Dean Hong Chau plays Nelly Dean, a key character who is closely connected to both the Earnshaw and Linton families. Nelly serves as an observer, caretaker, and storyteller, making her one of the most important roles in the film. Hong Chau has appeared in films such as American Woman, Driveways, The Menu, and Showing Up. Vy Nguyen as Young Nelly Vy Nguyen, a newcomer to film, appears as the younger version of Nelly. Shazad Latif as Edgar Linton Shazad Latif joins the cast as Edgar Linton, Catherine’s expected suitor. Edgar is gentle, calm, and polite—qualities that stand in sharp contrast to Heathcliff’s intense and unpredictable personality. Shazad Latif has previously appeared in series such as Penny Dreadful, Star Trek: Discovery, Nautilus, and Atomic. Alison Oliver as Isabella Linton Irish actress Alison Oliver plays Isabella Linton, Edgar’s sister. Isabella’s story becomes deeply connected to Heathcliff’s as the plot unfolds.
