Top Five Swordsman In Anime
There's nothing like a good swordsman in anime. Swords just have this certain entertainment to them. It is flat out fun to watch a character slash at high speeds especially if they are facing off against another fellow swordsman. So right now I'm gonna give my five favorite swordsmen in anime. This is obviously my list so do not take it to heart and also this has nothing to do with power or pitting them against each other in the order of strongest or weakest (although I think I just got a good idea.) So the way this will work is I will list the character, the anime they are from, and any cool tidbits about there sword or sword style if I can find any.

Best Cosplayer Interviews of 2019
Greetings, Vocal readers. 2020 will be here before you know it, so before 2019 comes to an end, here’s a look back at some cosplayers I was fortunate to interview this year. I’ll have more interviews coming in the New Year, but before I go any further, I want to let everyone know that if you liked any of my articles I’ve written this year, please feel free to send me a one-off tip, which is located at the end of every article. No tip is ever too big or small. It’ll help me and other Vocal readers to write better stories. So without further ado, here are some amazing cosplayers that I’ve interviewed this year, in no particular order.
Mark Wesley PritchardPublished 4 years ago in Geeks8 Reasons the DCAU Is One of DC’s Most Tragic Universes
Before Marvel’s fabled MCU DC had their own interconnecting universe on the small screen known as the DC animated universe (DCAU). It’s cantered around numerous animated shows and movies starting with Batman: The Animated Series in 1992 and includes other shows such as Superman: The Animated Series and Batman Beyond as well as others. The latest addition to the universe came this year with Justice League vs the Fatal Five. Despite many of us growing up and enjoying this universe it without a doubt hides a darker side for many of these characters which can be seen if you take a closer look and think about the implications a little more. Plus, unlike many films and franchises some characters get a definitive end to their stories such as Bruce Wayne’s version of Batman. Yes there are also numerous comic series that are meant to be continuations of numerous DCAU shows however, there are numerous continuity issues in them so they wont be counted here.
5 Characters That Could Replace Thanos as Marvel’s Big Bad
With Avengers: Endgame on the horizon and the MCU’s (Marvel Cinematic Universes) 10 year arc is almost done it has to be wondered what major overarching villain will be the big bad of the MCU now that the Mad Titan’s story will seemingly come to an end in Endgame. With the acquisition of the Disney/Fox deal there are a large amount of possibilities for Marvel to choose from.
Movies to Watch - December 2019
The Report With an excellent cast, brilliant cinematography and direction, The Report (2019) is one of the most underrated films of this year. Casting a wide net from the early days after 9/11 to the 2nd term of the Obama Administration, the film covers the work of Senate Intelligence Committee staffer Daniel Jones and his team’s tireless efforts to bring the scope of the CIA’s ‘enhanced interrogation techniques’ program into the public light. Focusing on not just the legality of the program but its effectiveness as well as its handlers, the film does a great job in bringing that story to a wider audience who may not have read the report or even heard about it. Part of the appeal of the film is that it creates a real sense of drama and real-world significance that often lacks in other Hollywood films about Washington. You really do sympathize with the characters and understand the weight that is on their shoulders handling a report of both national and international significance.
