4 Epic Comedie Movies Of All Time
Tropic Thunder Ben Stiller is one of the most interesting voices in comedy, and his epic spoof of Vietnam war movies is hilarious even though it came out close to 40 years after the war at the heart of the story ended.
This Country - review
It is not easy to fit the entire concept of a British village lifestyle into a TV series, especially the one that started off production with a very limited budget. The regular, average, or some might say just normal Cotswolds village is just the right site for a mockumentary that tries to analyze and show how people struggle in rural areas. This Country is not just another comedy series but a very personal story told in a witty way. The series immediately became critically acclaimed and the BBC three decided to renew it for the second season. After the final third season that premiered in 2020, the creators of the series, siblings Charlie and Daisy May Coopers announced that the show will not be renewed anymore. With that, the third season that ended with quite some uncertainty but still a lot of satisfaction became the last time we will see “This Country” on TV.

Art RobertsPublished 4 years ago in GeeksThree Of My Favorite Comedy Shows From the 90s
The 90s in my opinion has the best comedy shows. Even though the 70s and 80s had some gems like “Sanford and Son”,”Three's Company”, “Happy Days”, and “The Cosby Show”, the comedies of the 90s where special and unique. However, not all comedy shows of this era were good; some were just unfunny and contained suggestive content. When most people think of the best comedy shows from the 90s, they automatically ponder “Friends”, “Seinfield”, “Rosanne”,“King of Queens”, and “Full House”. For me though my favorites are not really the mainstream shows, but mostly the overlooked & underrated sitcoms. I determine my most-liked shows based on the characters and their personalities, what lessons are taught from the show, and the situations they are placed in. Also this list isn't in any particular order; I placed them randomly. So with that, let's get started.

Rich BurtonPublished 4 years ago in Geeks10 unintentionally hillarious scenes
In full disclosure, some people may not find all of these scenes to be funny. But everyone has to admit that there’s a certain way you can see them and chuckle or at least understand why someone would, either out of pure awkwardness or because your mind sees the funny side of life. Admittedly some of these scenes are more weird than funny, but they all seem misplaced or delivered out of character. In better words, they don’t fit with the general aesthetic of the film or are just badly acted. If you haven’t noticed them that’s fine, not everyone will have, but you will never be able to watch these movies without noticing them from now on.

Once that victim's butt crack is visible, the phantom would drop his coin in the crack. The name of this sinister being is the Ass-Crack Bandit.

It's trash CGI, but CGI nonetheless! One of the biggest things, if not the biggest thing that Nollywood especially old Nollywood is infamous for is the graphics (CGI).
Jide OkonjoPublished 4 years ago in GeeksBinge watching retro shows during the pandemic
When I was a child, I used to hear older people talk about the good old days. I now find I am doing the same. During the sheltering in place I have been binge watching three sitcoms from the past that bring back fond memories. They are Family Matters from the 1990s and Sanford and Son, and Good Times from the 1970’s. These programs can be found on various cable stations and they are on most ever day of the week. You can watch episode after episode throughout the evening and night. The TVOne network currently features all three sitcoms, often showcasing them over an entire weekend. Each of these programs has memorable characters who can make you laugh till you cry. Watching these decades old TV shows takes me back to a time when life was different. It shows me just how much things have changed.

I never had thought I would have ever been doing something so out of my league like this. Well, in quite a nutshell, I never imagined myself with a microphone in my hand, speaking to an audience and making them laugh.
