As the remaining crew of the Jibberish face new challenges off the east coast, the people at Ft. Levine prepares for an onslaught. Will the team find a vaccine? Will the fort be overrun? Will the Jibberish find safe harbor? Find out in the thrilling conclusion of the mini series!

I know this is the end of the arc but there is still so much left unanswered that there has to be a second arc on the way. Now I’ve made no secret about the fact that I love zombies, films, novels and comics and I have such a high standard about what I like because it is something that is so prevalent in the world these days. This, this my friends took me by complete surprise and I want it to continue so badly because the world being created here is rich and diverse and we’re only scratching the tip of the iceberg. There are so many different moving parts here and I’m super impressed with the way each of these are being handled. This kind of takes the zombie genre and puts its own unique story spin on it so that the zombies themselves are simply a catalyst.

I am loving the way that this is being told. The story & plot development that we see through how the sequence of events unfold as well as how the reader learns information is presented exceedingly well. The character development that we see through the dialogue, the character interaction as well as how we see them act and react to the situations and circumstances which they encounter does a marvellous job in fleshing the characters out so that they feel like real people. The pacing is ridiculously good and as it takes us through the pages revealing more of the story the more we want to see.

How we see this being structured and how the layers within the story continue to emerge, grow, evolve and strengthen is insanely well rendered. The layers open up these avenues and those that we see explored and those that aren’t all do wonders in adding this great depth, dimension and complexity to the story. How we see everything working together to create the story's ebb & flow as well as how it moves the story forward is achieved exceptionally well.

I love the interior here and the way that we see them like we’re seeing coloured paper. How the linework being done is laid down exquisitely and how we see the varying weights and techniques being utilised to create this level & quality of detail within the work is just mindbogglingly well rendered. The way backgrounds are being utilised enhance and expand the moments perfectly. They also work within the composition of the panels to bring out the depth perception, sense of scale and the overall sense of size and scope to the story. The utilisation of the page layouts and how we see the angles and perspective in the panels show a remarkably talented eye for storytelling. The colour work is interesting to me because how we see the limited use of colour is utterly amazing and the shading, highlights and shadow work is just extraordinarily utilised.

This is a great series people and if it hasn’t been on your radar then you need to rectify that asap. Sure it is a zombie title at its core but in the end there is so much more than that happening with the survivors and the different locations that we see them in. There is a depth to the storytelling that is impressive and these interiors are out of the world insanely good. That we’re able to understand the characters and what motivates them and how we see them react to the situation at hand does wonders in making them folks we recognise and can relate to or empathise with.
