Nikolas comforts Ava perhaps regarding Julian’s death on ‘General Hospital’

Spoilers for General Hospital from Soaps.com say that on Tuesday Ava Jerome will need a shoulder to lean on and that her husband will be the one to comfort her. The first thing that comes to mind is that the nrw Cassadine princess received news of her big brother’s demise. On Wednesday Nickolas and his wife were at the hospital when Ryan Chamberlain went into a vegetative state. Ava walked into the room and told the serial killer what was on her mind. She is now free of Kevin’s evil twin so he would not be causing her anguish on Tuesday, Spoiler alerts and the rumor mill have been predicting Julian Jerome’s demise for 3 weeks and it looks like things are finally lining up and the end is near.

On Wednesday it was confirmed that Julian had been shot by the henchman sent by Cyrus. Viewers saw him fall last week but when Sonny and Jason looked for him he was gone. There also was no sign of blood but on Wednesday he was holding his left side and delirious. Meanwhile Sonny and Jason met with Brick in New York where Julian had been seeking Kim Nero. Brick used face recognition technology to track Ava’s brother to a bus depot in New Jersey, so Sonny and Jason are headed there. In spite of his condition Julian purchased a ticket and sat on a bench to wait for his bus which was delayed an hour.

The injured former mobster began having delusions of both the living and the dead. First a man sat down next to him holding a newspaper in front of his face. When he moved it viewers could see that it was Duke Lavery returned from the dead. As he was taunting Julian who was responsible for his murder, the spirit of Connie Falconeri showed up wearing a blood stained dress. She blamed Julian for manipulating Ava into killing her to protect his identity as Derek Wells. The next part of the hallucination brought a vision of Alexis, who is very much alive. She was wielding the knife her former husband once held at her neck. The three of them harassed Julian about his past sins until he cried out asking what he could do?

At that point Alexis tells him to just let go and her ex husband slumps over as the bus ticket falls from his hand. The preview for Thursday shows someone standing near Julian as he is still sitting on the bench in the bus terminal. This individual is shown from the shoulders down so no face was visible. Jerome is heard saying to this person, “ The police can’t help me but you can.” This must be the stranger that spoilers said Julian would ask to help him. Time now is of the essence as Ava’s sibling is bleeding and seeing visions. Considering that he is not leaving a trail of blood he might have internal blood loss which is never good.

The question now would be who is this stranger and will he or she assist Julian or cause him more harm. Another consideration is whether Sonny and Jason will get to him in time and get the goods on Cyrus before Julian dies? Perhaps he will make up for all the wrong he has done by doing something good with his dying breath., He could finger Renault for forcing him to plant the bomb and Sonny use this ammunition to take down Cyrus once and for all. It’s also possible that Sonny and Jason might get to Julian too late and are unable to obtain the information they need.

After weeks of speculation, rumors and fake news it looks like Julian Jerome is finally going to make his exit. Please keep in mind that if Sonny gets to him in time Julian might get to a hospital and recover. This would have him eventually put back behind bars where he would not see the light of day again because of Dev and Dustin’s deaths. There is not anything else going on that would rattle Ava so much that she needs to lean on Nikolas except if it pertained to her brother but viewers will know for certain on Tuesday. Whether Julian is sent to prison or he dies, Ava will he shook up by the news because she and her sibling were once thicker than thieves.
