Kevin Hart has had a turbulent life in the last few years. I couldn't believe he documented it!

Kevin Hart: Don't F**k This Up, is a TV series that documents his life for the last few years. It's interesting because you hear about these crazy things about him in the tabloids and sometimes you don't know what to believe. He gives a pretty detailed account of what happened and explain how he's screwed up, learned from his screw ups and moved on to become a better person out of his experiences.

If you don't know who Kevin Hart is, I don't know where you've been. This guy has become one of the most famous entertainers in the world. He's not only an entertainer he's also an entrepreneur. It's amazing how much he's done in his life and after watching this TV series you start to wonder how did he even do all of this with all the craziness that happened to him.

The most recent controversy that Hart has endured is that he had declined to host the Oscars because some people on the internet had discovered a homophobic joke he had written 8 years ago. He addresses this on the last episode but decides to start the story off with how he started off.

He has humble beginnings and describes how hard it was for him to become a comedian. With little to no support and good work ethics he learned from his mother he was able to work his way into the big stage.

Later he would develop a group of supportive and dedicated friends that he still holds dear to his heart today. He goes into his family and friend troubles he's had in the last few years and even goes into his marital issues. This TV series really dives deep into his life and goes into detail about the things he's gone through. I'm actually really surprised how deep he allows the audience to go.

All of it is probably a tabloid reader's best dream. There are serious wrongs that he does to certain people in his life and vice versa. Again, a lot of the issues that he discusses in the TV series was actually in tabloids and well known to the public. He gives his account of what had happened and seems to own his incompetence and wrongdoings.

The TV series is cut pretty intelligently. I had to think about it afterwards but he is making a point when he made this TV series. He talks about how he struggled to get to where he wanted to get to. Then he describes the wrongdoings that he had done and others had done to him. Instead of dwelling about the wrongdoings everyone in this movie basically forgives and learns from these mistakes. They show a growing progression of everyone that took part in this series. He's telling everyone we grow up and learn from these mistakes and we forgive.

On the last episode, he goes back to talk about the homophobic remarks that he made. Basically, he's trying to say he's a different man now and at the time that people accused him of being homophobic he didn't know how to properly address the correct issues at hand. He looked at the issue in a different way than the public saw it.

It's funny because we don't often see how much social media deals with celebrities today. We don't see all the work and thought that goes into decisions as to what is being said until you watch this series.

I like that Kevin Hart shows us that he's a real human being. Despite his inhuman like work mentality lies a vulnerable human being that has an ego that can be hurt. I think a lot people will be surprised when they watch this TV series. It gave me a new perspective of him and I think he was very brave to do it.

Overall, I really liked this TV documentary. I binge watched it from beginning to end, although it's a short one. It's only 30 minute long episodes and there are only 6 episodes. I would recommend watching this to see a perspective that I'm sure none of us would ever get. You see how human the guy is and you understand where he comes from. Some people may be jaded about the documentary but it feels real and I liked it. I have to give this one a 9 out of 10. Highly recommended.
