"Married at First Sight" Top 3 Worst Wives

There have been several women on Married at First Sight over the 14 seasons that could be on the list of worst wives. However, there are a few who top the list. It is amazing that two of the three worst wives were in the same season. What is also amazing is that while both of them didn't get along with their husbands, they did not get along with each other either.

1. Alyssa Ellman

It was not hard deciding who the worst wife has been in the history of Married at First Sight which premiered on July 8, 2014. Alyssa Ellman has the record for surviving the shortest marriage in the history of the reality show. Fans also think she has been the worst wife ever to appear on Married at First Sight.

Alyssa treated her new husband Chris Collette so badly that he decided to divorce her after only ten days of Season 14. According to some fans, the decision should have come sooner because Alyssa rejected Chris as soon as they were married. She left him sitting alone in the lobby after they left the altar. She refused to go to the honeymoon suite with him.

Fans were happy that Chris decided on an early Decision Day. It was hard to watch how badly Alyssa treated him. She told producers that she hated him. She also said she hated the experts for matching her with Chris after she told them exactly the type of man she wanted to be matched with. Alyssa said she was cheated out of the experience because Chris possessed none of the qualities she wanted. The bottom line was that she was not attracted to him.

Alyssa cried and dabbled her eyes hundreds of times on the reality show while saying, "I'm a good person."

Alyssa portrayed Chris as being the bad person while she was the good person. However, she never got a chance to know him because they never had a real conversation. They bearly touched each other during the ten days they were married. They didn't hold hands or kiss. Surely, the marriage was not consummated because Alyssa was not attracted to Chris at all. She requested that they stay in separate rooms during their honeymoon.

Alyssa avoided Chris at every opportunity on their honeymoon, including sitting apart on the airplane ride to Puerto Rico and on the bus to the hotel. When they were together, Alyssa insulted him, called him names, and demeaned him.

2. Lindsey Georgoulis

Lindsey Georgoulis was also a bad wife during Season 14. She came close to tying with Alyssa for topping the list of bad wives. The reason Lindsey comes in second instead of topping the list is because she did try. The problem was that she would be kind one minute and mean the next minute. It was hard to predict when she would fly off the handle and go into her mean streak after being kind.

She was not only mean to her husband Mark "The Shark" Maher and said insulting things to him in public and in private, but she also had no filter when she was interacting with the other couples. Lindsey talked about their sex life in public. The relationship expert Dr. Viviana Coles cautioned Lindsey about being rude to her husband.

3. Molly Duff

Molly Duff is on this list because of her awful behavior toward her husband Jonathan Francetic in Season 6. She mistreated him to the point that Jon recorded how verbally abusive she was. After Season 6 was over, Molly confessed in interviews and posted on social media how badly she treated her husband during their short marriage. She admitted that she was a bad wife.

Molly wanted out of the marriage, and she wasn't jealous when Jon and relationship expert Dr. Jessica Griffin dated and became engaged after the season was over. They are still engaged. Their wedding was postponed last October because of the pandemic.

There were many other wives on Married at First Sight who were not ideal, but in my opinion, the ones listed above were the worst.
