The Reason Why Tuxedo Mask Was Never Targeted for Heart Crystal
If you are a fan of the series Sailor Moon, most likely you have seen all of the seasons. Do you remember the story of the third arc? Yes, I mean Sailor Moon S. An evil organization calling themselves "Death Busters" are after pure heart crystals in hope to find the three talismans.
Into the World of Joey Graceffa
“It’s crazy how life changes and you can go from a school where no one may like you... to people loving you across the world.”
The Double Life of Zoie (Pt. 1)
BBBBBBBBBBBBRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG! I ran up the stairs as my high school bell rang. My next class is all the way on the third floor and the other side of the building and I only have five minutes to get there. As I run into the class room out of breath I hear my best friend Tracy call out to me, "Zoie, omg I have news!" I run over to her and sit in my seat, and she tells me that the news is private. I know what that means, it has to do with our other lives. During the day we seem like regular 14-year-old girls who go to White Hills High School, but our secret is that at night we are the world famous trio with our other bestie, Emily. Tracy shoots me a text and I have to hold my mouth closed when I read it. Our group, The Stars, is playing a show this weekend at Teen Music Awards! I try really hard to go through the day as normal but the second the last bell rang I ran to our meeting spot.
Jenna williamsPublished 6 years ago in GeeksWhen Do You Stop Reading Children's Books?
I didn’t get invested in reading until the seventh grade; I was about 13. Already considered a teen, my reading level in general should be fairly high. I remember the class assigned book was The Hobbit by J.R.R. Tolkien, so like reading or not, by the seventh grade you needed to be able to read well and of a caliber befitting of being in the seventh grade. But like I said I didn’t get invested in reading until then. I didn’t read for fun, at book fairs I got superficial books, and if I did read it was the same book over and over again, unwilling to open my world to others.
Mady EvansPublished 6 years ago in GeeksWill Felicity Smoak Walk the Same Dark Path as Earth 2's?
Arrow fans thought they'd seen the darker side of Felicity Smoak in earlier episodes, but Earth 2's Black Siren offered a different take on the IT Tech who's now Mrs. Oliver Queen. The new Laurel Lance described Earth 2's Felicity as ruthless and a woman who runs her own empire. Both of which are the polar opposite of the woman we've known for the past six seasons. And Black Siren has us more than a little intrigued.

Timothy LawrencePublished 6 years ago in GeeksBlood Purity in Harry Potter
It’s already been established that the issue of blood purity in Harry Potter is an allegory for racism, but I think JK Rowling’s portrayal of Squibs is the most telling of all.
Megan PaulPublished 6 years ago in GeeksLifetime Review: 'The Perfect Mother'
Stella Marshall (Sunny Mabrey) appears to have it all, a thriving career and social following as a blogger specializing in mother/daughter bonding tips. But underneath the veneer of perfection her life seems to cast, Stella's profession has caused a strain on her relationship to her own daughter Shay (Lili Sepe). Adding to the awkwardness is her recent separation from Shay's father, and the fact that her new love interest is Shay's teacher Isaac Feldman (Rusty Joiner).
Trevor WellsPublished 6 years ago in GeeksThe Art of Fanfiction
Have you ever finished a movie or read a book and felt as if there could have been more? Will the creator ever add to the work, you wonder? Sadly, creators decide to end where they please, but for you, the story will always be incomplete—unless you add more by writing your own take, and then sharing it with other fans. That’s fanfiction. For me fanfiction is both a unique form of writing and the way I developed my own ongoing skills. The literary form known as fanfiction is centered around any kind of published, original work inspired by previously existing books, films, TV shows, music and even tales of celebrity life. This pre-existing work is then reinterpreted or expanded by those who value it. In our technological era, fanfiction has become a popular internet craze. Critics and accomplished writers believe that, for developing writers, fanfiction is a wonderful way to gain training wheels into the world of writing, as author Neil Gaiman remarks. I believe that fanfiction should be considered an important writing form, as it tests writers’ imaginations and challenges them to practice creative writing without having to worry about being published in the traditional way.

If you're a Steven Universe fan like me, then you already know that Nicki Minaj had a low-key cameo in it. During one of the earlier seasons, she played Sugilite, the unruly and super-strong fusion between Garnet and Amethyst.
Iggy PaulsenPublished 6 years ago in GeeksReview: 'My Heroes Have Always Been Junkies'
Point blank, Ed Brubaker’s original graphic novel delivers. Ed has a talent bringing out the beauty in characters no matter how damaged or dark their background is (see Kill or Be Killed for another example). When I finished the book it made me think more of how layered Ed wrote the main character Ellie, and how the common view with most people these days when they hear about addicts or people who pass from addiction have comments like "they’re just a junkie.” Or when an addict passes we hear from some people say, “He/she wanted to die," "Why should we care?” or "That’s what he/she gets.” I think, personally, in today’s world there isn’t much sympathy, empathy or compassion when it comes to hearing about a story of addiction—whether it’s a homeless person on the street or a multi-millionaire musician who overdosed. In Brubakers, My Heroes Have Always Been Junkies he puts all three of those words perfectly in this story. It’s a story about venerability in a perspective most of us don’t know about. The book hit me on a personal level with family members and coincidentally with my taste in music also which Ellie talks about in the book beautifully. (Don’t want to type about that and give too much of the story out)
