Ivy Forrester: Gone but not forgotten

The stunning Ashleigh Brewer portrayed Ivy Forrester on The Bold and the Beautiful from 2014-2018. She was invovled in love triangles with both Wyatt Spencer ( Darin Brooks) and Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) with Hope Logan Spencer (Anika Noelle) and Steffy Forrester Finnegan (Jackie Wood) as the other women. Fans became frustrated because it wa never clear who really loved whom and Ivy eventually left the country.

Ivy's father is John Forester (Fred Willard) the brother of her uncle Eric Forrester (John McCook). Some fans of the soap have been saying on social media that this would be a good time for Ivy to return to LA. Liam has been pretty solid with Hope for quite some time and Wyatt and Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden) have been going strong. Ivy could shake up one or both relationships if she returned to town.

Wyatt and Ivy were dubbed Trivy by fans.

The Bold and the Beautiful: Rotating the female cast

The Bold and the Beautiful went through a period where several female characters were in and out like a revolving door. Hope, Steffy, and Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) would all be sent to Paris for several months to work and then later return. Some viewers budget related but others believed that when Lang and Wood returned to LA both looked as though they had extensive plastic surgery done.

Brewer and Hunter Tylo (Taylor Hayes) however did not come back to LA after extened leave but the character of Taylor has now been recast with Krista Allen. Ivy has not been mentioned in quite a while but if she showed up it would stir things up with Liam and Wyatt. Quinn Forrester probably would not enjoy seeing the woman she pushed in the water in Paris because she has been trying to clean up her iamge. Perhaps a visit from Ivy would help Quinn realize she has not matured as much as she believes she has.

Ashliegh Brewer: A career beyond B&B

Brewer was born on December 9 in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. She began acting at an early age and at age 12 had a recurring role in "The Sleepover Club" From 2006-2008 Brewer appeared in "H2O: Just Add Water." In 2008 she graduated from Forest Lake College then relocated to Melbourne,

The actress landed the role of Kate Ramsey in the Australian soap opera, "Neighbours," in 2009 and in 2010 she won a Logie Award Nomination for Most Popular New Female Talent. Brewer left the role in November 2013, in order to pursue other acting opportunities. In May 2014 it was announced that she would be joining the cast on "The Bold and the Beautiful" as Ivy Forrester the niece of Eric Forrester. After leaving the CBS soap in 2018 Ashliegh joined the cast of Home and Away as Chelsea Campbell. She was also in the movies Lovestruck (2019) and At the Edge of Night (2020).

Ashliegh Brewer: A return would diversify the cast

Bringing Brewer back as Ivy would bring something different to The Bold and the Beautiful. It would diversify the CBS soap and take the focus away from the current situations which have been going on for close to a year. Perhaps Ivy could be the one for Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) who has been hung up on Hope for years and now seems interested in Paris BUckingham (Diamond White) who us dating his adopted cousin Zende Forrester (Dr lon Metz). It's time Thoma falls for a woman who is not with another man and one he cannot use for a hidden agenda.
